Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Foreseeing Evil Walkthrough

Foreseeing Evil is the 6th DLC quest in the Mysteria Ecclesiae expansion of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Foreseeing Evil DLC task.

• Starting Location: Kuttenberg Region > Sedletz Monastery
• Quest Giver: Librarian Crispin
• Requirement: Finished Mysteria Ecclesiae 2nd DLC Quest Anamnesis
• Reward: Reputation with Sedletz Monastery
• Quest Type: Task
• Quest Description: The monastery’s librarian, Brother Crispin, is very worried about contracting the illness that’s ravaging the monastery, and takes the Abbot’s orders to self-isolate very seriously. I promised to get him some herbs as a basic defense against the disease.

• Get some mint (x2)
• Get some sage (x2)
• Bring the herbs to the librarian

Starting Location: Foreseeing Evil

After finishing the 2nd DLC quest Anamnesis, go to the library and talk to Librarian Crispin. To get this missable task you must pick the non-skillcheck dialogue “I’ll help you to protect yourself from the illness”, or fail one of the other skillchecks. This forces you into finding some herbs for Crispin, which starts this task. If you succeed the skillchecks, he’d immediately give you the info and you miss out on the task!

If you already have the required herbs in your inventory, you can immediately complete the quest.

Get some mint (x2)

Mint is found in the Woodland garden in the south-east of the monastery grounds. Go through the gate east of the infirmary to reach it. Mint looks like small green leaves, it grows at the southern edge of the planter.

Get some sage (x2)

Sage grows in the same garden as mint, at the northern edge of the same spot. Looks like a purple flower.

Bring the herbs to the librarian

Talk to the quest giver again in the library, transfer 2 mint + 2 sage from your inventory to him. Afterward, you can ask him about aromatic oils which advances the task Prevention.
