Mysteria Ecclesiae is the third DLC expansion for Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, released on November 11th 2025. Before you can play the DLC, make sure you have claimed it and that it is installed. You can check this in the Title Screen under DLC & Extras, it must say “Owned”. If not, then it’s not installed correctly. You will also need Patch 1.50 downloaded. On PS5, even if you own the Gold Edition that includes the DLC, you must go to PlayStation Store and manually claim the DLC.
How to start Mysteria Ecclesiae
To start the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC you must have reached the second day of Main Quest 13: The Sword and the Quill, which opens up Suchdol in the Kutteneberg region. After this, the DLC will be marked by a purple icon in Suchdol. There you must talk to Peter of Pisek in the banquet hall.
If you’ve already completed the main game story, you will find Peter of Pisek in Kuttenberg instead. He might also travel on the road between Suchdol and Kuttenberg, but he’ll always be marked by the purple icon.
After the dialogue you are tasked with finding the royal physician Albich, which starts the Mysteria Ecclesiae questline. All DLC story quests are categorized as “Side Quests” and all optional content is categorized as “Tasks” in the game journal.
The DLC questline is still fully doable after the main story in free-roam. So if you already finished the game you won’t need to replay anything and can continue playing from your finished story save. This is the recommended method anyway as some dialogues require very high skill levels to succeed, which you likely wouldn’t have early in the game.
What new content does Mysteria Ecclesiae add?
The DLC includes:
- A new map unlocking the vast grounds of the Cistercian monastery in Sedletz.
- An authentic medieval monastery including the interiors of churches, chapels, and the largest religious building in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II.
- A thrilling storyline introducing new characters, reconnecting with some familiar ones… and how it all ends is up to you.
- Plenty of side content and hidden places to discover.
