Here you can find a full Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Walkthrough of all Main Quests including all missable trophies & achievements.

Below are links to all of the Main Story Quests in KCD2. The game is split into two regions “Trosky” (starting region) and “Kuttenberg” (reached after Main Quest 12: Storm). Each region has its own Point of No Return. You should complete all side content before those points.

After reaching Kuttenberg you can still fast travel between both regions by going to the red carriage icon on the map. There’s also free-roam after the story, but some content will no longer be doable past the Points of No Return. Complete all side content as soon as it’s available. When you accept a side quest/task do it immediately. Some quests will fail after a few in-game days. Don’t kill non-hostile villagers, this could void their quests. Killing bandits and enemies during quests is fine. For the trophy Lent trophy you’re not allowed to kill any animals or eat meat during the main story. It’s fine to knock out wolves with unarmed combat. You can keep track of this in the Statistics under General > Meat Eaten & Combat > Animals killed. The game keeps a permanent autosave from the start of every main quest, so if you make a mistake you can always replay from the quest start. Side Quests/Tasks are indented below and listed in their unlock order. If you’re going for trophy Been There, Done That (complete most of the game’s content), it’s recommended you follow this exact order. The side content is also linked on the main quest pages when it becomes available.

    • Fixed, thanks for spotting! Because the 1st & 31st quest are both identically called “Last Rites” something got mixed up with the links – all good now 🙂

  2. Do you need to follow the walkthrough quest by quest? I guess what I’m asking is, if I just focus on doing the side content as soon as it becomes available (and go back to the start of a main quest if anything fails), will I naturally get the plat (other than the animal thing).

    • Due to the many missables it’s best to follow the walkthrough exactly if you don’t want to miss out on anything.
      If you do a blind playthrough first, then plan in a full second playthrough.

  3. Is it possible to get the lent trophy and the man’s best friend trophy in 1 playthrough or do you have to save beforehand?

    • Yes you can. Head straight to Mutt’s location and skip the other objectives, run away from the wolves at the end or knock them unconscious by kicking them.

  8. Can confirm that if you butcher the wolves for the ears you can still get the trophy for lent.

    I butchered all of them after knocking them out with my hands and can confirm I did get the trophy after the credits rolled

  9. If I follow the guide just by going through the order you suggest for each quest, without clicking on the link for each one and following the full walkthrough, will I still be able to get the platinum? I want to do the missions without a guide, but I don’t want to miss any trophies or quests. Would just following the order of the quest names be enough?

    • If you play very thoroughly you’ll get the plat just fine. Just explore all towns and talk to all NPCs for quests as soon as you get access to new areas. The rest of the missables you can do via mission replay. We had to figure it all out without a guide too, it’s not that hard, just need take your time and be thorough. You can use the questlist here as a double-check to make sure you found everything before moving on, or look up the starting points for what you can’t find.

  10. Do I do the 49 Side Quests/Tasks in Kuttenberg Region before I complete “The Devil’s Pack” main quest or after?

  12. Thanks for this guide! A few significant corrections I noticed a few months ago (I’ll be playing more of the DLC later on):
    —“Damsel in Distress” can’t yet be started after “Speak of the Devil”, so its placement in the walkthrough list should be adjusted. It also isn’t a prerequisite for “Something rotten…”, so the related note on that quest’s page should be removed.

    —“Teeth in the Bag”/”More Teeth in the Bag” can’t be started until after completing the other fistfight quests and getting the relevant tip(s), so the ordering of that questline should be corrected.

    —“Magic horseshoes” isn’t yet listed as a quest above.
