Introduction
Welcome to the Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC Trophy Guide! Mysteria Ecclesiae is the third and final major DLC expansion for KCD2. It adds 10 new quests that revolve around the Sedletz Monastery. The DLC requires progressing the main game until the second day of Main Quest 13: The Sword and the Quill. Then the start will be marked by a purple map icon in Suchdol, or in Kuttenberg if you’ve finished the main story. Also see How to start Mysteria Ecclasiae DLC. It can still be done after the main story. Once you enter Sedletz Monastery you will be locked in until you finish the DLC. Complete any time-sensitive quests before going there. After the DLC you return to the open world.
Step 1: Complete the 11 Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC Quests while getting all Missable Trophies along the way
All 11 DLC quests are classified as “Side Quests” and “Tasks” in the journal. Unlike the main game, it doesn’t keep a golden permanent save after each quest, so you’ll want to be careful with the missable trophies. Keep a manual Saviour Schnapps save before starting the DLC in case you miss a trophy. Once you enter the monastery you will be locked in until you finish the DLC. Ideally, keep a save from every DLC quest so you can quickly go back if you missed something.
You should bring the following items to make it easier: Torch, 10 Saviour Schnapps, a High Charisma outfit (25+ Charisma recommended), some Lockpicks, and some Bandages and Merigold Decoctions.
Simply follow the Mysteria Ecclesiae Walkthrough and you’ll get all trophies along the way. It will also help you with where to go and what to do.
The following trophies span across the entire DLC, so keep these requirements in mind:
Quiet as a Church Mouse – never be escorted to Infirmary by guards.
Do Good to All People – do the side tasks Maddening Pain, Our Old Bread, and talk to Monk Vincent in his cell upstairs in the monks’ living quarters above library.
Feline Affection – interact with the cat in the monastery library whenever possible (all listed in the walkthrough). You get the “Kitty Kitty” prompt in the back left corner of the monastery library, check this place after every quest.
Overview of all DLC quests and associated trophies:
- The Royal Physician
- Anamnesis –
Survivor - Maddening Pain – MISSABLE – after talking to Albich in Infirmary for the first time, talk to Maddie outside Infirmary
- Prevention –
Better Safe Than Sorry - Our Old Bread –
Ostraconophobia – MISSABLE – in Infirmary talk to Zacharias and Denes to get this quest - Foreseeing Evil – MISSABLE – in Library talk to Librarian Crispin and pick the non-skillcheck option or fail his skillchecks
- The Last Wish – MISSABLE
- Silent Witnesses
- Seek and you Shall Find –
Holy Relic - To Dust you Shan’t Return –
Stop Licking That! - The Time has Come –
Fresh Air +
Quiet as a Church Mouse (if you never got caught by guards)
Step 2: Feline Affection Trophy
The only trophy you might have left is Feline Affection for interacting with the cat in the library multiple times. After the DLC you can re-enter the monastery for 300 Groschen and interact with the cat in the library one more time. If you interacted with the cat at previous opportunities you will unlock the trophy now.

|
DLC Quest 10: The Time has Come Automatic unlock for finishing the DLC 3 storyline in Sedletz Monastery. The trophy unlocks after the final quest “The Time has Come”. |
||

Holy Relic You found a Holy Relic. |
|
|
DLC Quest 8: Seek and you Shall Find Automatic unlock during objective “Examine Boleslav’s grave”. The story automatically makes you find the holy relic at this point regardless of your decisions, so you’ll always get it here. |
||

Better Safe Than Sorry You made yourself a plague mask. |
|
|
*MISSABLE* Automatic unlock for completing the optional DLC Quest Prevention. As part of this quest you must build the plague mask. The trophy unlocks after the quest is complete. If you ignore the quest it will disappear later and will be missed. |
||

Do Good to All People You helped the people of the monastery. |
|
|
*MISSABLE* For this trophy you must do two specific side tasks and one interaction with Monk Vincent. The following is required: Side Tasks:
|
||
![]() |
Feline Affection You repeatedly interacted with a cat. Aren’t you worried Mutt will know? |
|
|
*MISSABLE* For this you must interact with the cat in the monastery library multiple times. In the back left corner of the library you will sometimes get the I did the following interactions when the trophy unlocked – these are also pointed out throughout the Mysteria Ecclesiae Walkthrough:
You can also find other cats around the monastery but they aren’t needed. Only the one in the library matters for the trophy. There’s sometimes a white cat on a bench in the left courtyard of the monastery, it runs away when you approach it. An orange cat also sometimes sits on the wall at the stables in the north of the monastery grounds, it runs away when you jump near it. These two are not needed for the trophy. |
||

Survivor You listened to all of Brother Vojta’s jokes… and survived. |
|
|
*MISSABLE* This takes place during objective “Search the hidden room in the cellar”. At the end of the quest you will have to open a locked door in the cellar (you get the key as part of the quest objectives). Behind the door, you will find Monk Vojtiech. During the dialogue with Vojtiech, you must repeatedly ask him to tell you more jokes until he runs out of jokes. Exhaust all questions with him. Then pick the dialogue “Tell me one of your jokes” > keep picking “Tell me another joke” until he runs out. |
||

Stop Licking That! You tasted flour… from the hair of a dead person. |
|
|
*MISSABLE* DLC Quest 9: To Dust you Shan’t Return This takes place during objective “Inspect the recovered bodies”. For this objective you must enter a barn where you find two bodies that got burned in a fire (you can pickpocket the barn key from the guard in front of the door). You must inspect the younger body’s head > hair > taste the powder. If you pick “Back” instead of “Taste it” you will miss out on the trophy. |
||
![]() |
Ostraconophobia You were nipped to death by crayfish. |
|
|
*HIGHLY MISSABLE* Crayfish only spawn during the optional objective “Catch Crayfish” as part of the optional task “Our Old Bread”. They look like little lobsters and are found on the floor of the 3 ponds in the west of the monastery grounds, as well as the little pond at the herbalist’s hut in the east of the monastery. They’re not the fish that swim away. The Crayfish sit around in the water and make a rattling sound when nearby. You must get to very low health and pick up Crayfish from the front where their claws are, sometimes one of them will pinch you which deals about 5% damage to your healthbar. You must die from picking up a Crayfish. This is a bit random because they won’t always pinch you when you pick them up. The best method is to attack a guard with a weapon and take damage until you have multiple bleeding wounds. The bleeding will drain your health. When you are at low health, make an exit-save and quickly pick up some Crayfish until one of them pinches you. Usually only 1-2 of 8 will pinch you. The task itself is missable, and the objective within the task is also missable. Refer to Our Old Bread Walkthrough for all steps. |

Quiet as a Church Mouse The knights never had to escort you to the infirmary. |
|
|
*MISSABLE* This trophy spans across the entire DLC. You must finish the entire DLC story without guards ever catching you and putting you back at the infirmary. Then the trophy unlocks after the last DLC quest The Time has Come, after you leave the monastery. The monastery goes on lockdown after DLC Quest 2: Anamnesis, then you are under curfew and guards patrol the area. If a guard sees you, he will stop you, the screen fades to black and you are escorted back to the infirmary. This isn’t allowed to happen and would void the trophy. If a guard sees you and starts chasing you this is fine and doesn’t void the trophy. If you are seen you can either run away to an area that’s not under curfew (such as the library, monks’ living quarters, or cellar), or reload the last save. Also equip a dark outfit with low visibility, this makes stealth easier. You can throw rocks with During Seek and you Shall Find, no matter what choices you make, you will automatically be escorted back to the infirmary at the end of the quest. This is fine and doesn’t impact the trophy, it’s a forced story part and doesn’t count as being caught. |

“Look” prompt. Then press
“Address” to talk with Monk Vincent behind the door. He is having nightmares. Give him a potion (I gave him chamomile potion), I also passed all his skillchecks. The trophy unlocked after this interaction for me. It doesn’t count as a task in the journal. I picked the following dialogues: “Talk” > Speech Skillcheck: “I’m here on behalf of Albich, speak” > “I sleep quite soundly” > “This happened to you?” > “Has this happened to you before?” > “What did the demon look like?” > “Did you tell anyone about it?” > “I have a potion for you” > I gave him Chamomile Potion > Speech Skillcheck: “You can rest easy” (succeeded at 23 Speech) > Scholarship Skillcheck: Let’s pray (succeeded at 21 Scholarship) > “Do you feel better now?” -> trophy unlocked.

My favorite of the 3 main DLC.
KCD2 is my Game of the Year!
Looking forward to Kingdom Come Deliverance 3.
Stark says
It seems that DLC3 is shorter than DLC2, 100% in 5-8 hours, I really hope Henry’s story doesn’t end in this DLC3. KCD2 also my GoTY in 2025. Fingers cross KCD3!

Somebody on PS5 has unlocked Do Good to All People, curious to see what else is needed for it! Thank you!
Gnillisch says
During Amanmesis, there is a task with a woman that has stomach pain and you need to brew a potion for her. Assuming that also counts towards the helping people trophy as you haven’t listed that one.
It’s called “Maddening Pain” and can be started right in front of the infirmary by talking to Maddie.
PowerPyx says
Added!
ozoneone says
i still didn’t unlock “Do Good to All People” even after going back and re-doing this as well as finishing the rest of the quests again. Is there another mission somewhere?
Ay Es says
Got Feline Affection after 3rd interection with the cat during Seek and You Shall Find Quest. 1st interaction was during the tour at the beginning with the monk and 2nd was during Forseeing Evil.
Also got Ostrconophobia by find the locations of all the Crayfish, reloading then applying Bane Potion to some Honey then eating it and quickly picking up the Crayfish. Took me 2 attempts to as the Crayfish attacks are random.
Gnillisch says
Update: I just popped Do Good to All People at the end of Our Daily Bread after giving both the book and the crayfish to Denes.
Before that, I only did Maddening Plan and Anamnesis and Foreseeing Evil by giving him the ingredients (even if that doesn’t show up for me in questlog)..
Besides that I only talked to the monk in the same location as Athanasius. The one that’s in the locked room (very hard lock pick). He asks you to pray with him so I did that.
I didn’t do anything else so far, still working on Prevention to progress Silent Witnesses.
I’m very confident at this point that the trophy is directly related to Our Daily Bread and might just be buggy or something.
PowerPyx says
Thank you! I did more testing and can confirm the following is required:
– Maddening Pain (done during Anamnesis)
– Our Old Bread -> get the Crayfish Book + 8 Crayfish, deliver both to Denes (did it first thing after Anamnesis). I also gave Cellarius all items from the bird’s nest and not just the spectacles.
– Afterward I talked to Monk Vincent upstairs, gave him a Chamomile potion and passed both skillchecks. Trophy popped after this. It doesn’t count as a task in journal but calming him down is definitely required for the trophy as that’s when it popped for me.
I had NOT done Foreseeing Evil & The Last Wish. I was at the very start of Prevention/Silent Witnesses before doing any objectives of these. So you can earn the trophy right after Anamnesis.
If anyone wants to test, it would be good to have confirmation if giving Monk Vincent a potion or passing his skillchecks is required. Also if given Cellarius his spectacles and other stuff from bird’s nest is mandatory.
Ay Es says
Did all side quests and quests that don’t appear in the quest log and gave Cellarius everything, gave potion to Maddie and 8 Crayfish and book to Denes, but no pop. I didn’t speak to the monk locked in his chamber until the last mission, so maybe has to be done before that point.
V1ctor says
I completed all 4 missions, but unfortunately the achievement didn’t unlock. I don’t know if something is wrong or if there is another hidden mission.
V1ctor says
Okay, I found the problem and the achievement has been unlocked (please add them to this post).
There are two additional missions that count towards unlocking it:
1. Right at the beginning, we have to judge the fight between two warriors in the infirmary and then bring back the lost purse of one of them.
2. In the chambers where the monks sleep, we will find a room with food (there will be a prompt to look at that food), and we must help the monk get rid of his sleeping problems.
PowerPyx says
Bringing back the purse to the soldiers isn’t needed, I never did that.
Col says
Doesn’t let me reply to your above comment but I reverted an old save and went upstairs after the old bread quest gave monk Vincent the chamomile potion for the achievement of helping all good people, so that’s definitely the way to get that one
misatoor ( psn ) says
That Rose Garden book is for 1st help quest Maddie, if u done it with right potion isnt for quest needt.
In night above Library, far left, there cel with food front on the ground look on it, then look in cel window, speak with monk. I give him sleep potion, and pick both hard skillcheck ( pray, now u good ) after trophy Do Good to All People pop for me.
Dan says
Does Foreseeing Evil show up for anyone else? I for sure did the quest and followed the guide, partially. Instead of going to pick the sage and mint, I just gave him whatever I had from previous encounters before starting the DLC.
I did get the Do All Good To People in the end, even if that task doesn’t show up in my finished quests.
