Primum Nil Nocere is a task in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Primum Nil Nocere side task.

- Requirement: Started The Thunderstone side quest
- Reward: Thunderstone (required for The Thunderstone side quest), Scholarship XP, Survival XP
- Quest Type: Task
- Questline: The Thunderstone > (Primum Nil Nocere)
- Quest Description: I offered to try to help Peter, the husband of the farmer Mlada from Suchdol.

- Wait and see if the treatment works
- Talk to Mlada about her husband
Starting Location: Primum Nil Nocere
This task is started automatically during the side quest The Thunderstone when you reach the step to ask Mlada about the thunderstone, then agree to help her husband Peter in exchange for it. Even though Peter is always present on the bed prior you cannot speak to him or Mlada about his condition to trigger the task outside of The Thunderstone.
Treat Peter
After you have started the task, you can speak with Mlada again for a little bit of info. She doesn’t give anything major that would help though, so you should try to speak with Peter who is lying on the bed inside the house.
There will be a few options for examining him, and there won’t be anything wrong outside of his anxiety.
One of the treatment options is to give him a Chamomile Brew to help him. You can’t purchase any nearby, but you can purchase the required Chamomile and Sage from the Grocer in town, then use the alchemy bench in the castle.
You can also pass a number of other possible speech checks to offer help depending on your levels, with the more you pass the better the overall result.
Wait and see if the treatment works
You’ll then need to wait one in-game day before you can return to see how Peter is doing. You can do other tasks, or wait to pass the time to the next day.
Talk to Mlada about her husband
Once the objective changes, go speak with Mlada to see how her husband is doing. If you have successfully treated him, she will give you the thunderstone, completing the task.
This finishes Primum Nil Nocere side quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.
