Skeleton in the Closet is a task in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Skeleton in the Closet side task.

- Requirement: Complete side quest Bellatores
- Reward: 150 x Groschen

- Questline: Bellatores > Skeleton in the Closet
- Quest Description: Jan Posy and Miroslav Tugbone need help with the Cumans, who have stolen their chest. I have no idea what’s in it but Posy really wants it. The Cumans probably still have it.
Objectives:
- Get rid of the Cumans
- Talk to Jan Posy
- Find the stolen chest
- Return the chest to Posy
Starting Location: Skeleton in the Closet
To start this task, you will first need to complete the side quest Bellatores. Then after around 5 in-game days, a new quest icon will appear at the Ruins of Zimburg where the brothers are located. Head there to speak with Jan Posy of Zimburg and agree to help them deal with the Cumans.
Get rid of the Cumans
After you agree to help, you will automatically ride with Jan and his brother to the location of the Cuman camp. You have the same opportunity again to say you’ll go in by yourself first to stop Jan charging in immediately.
If you are trying to be sneaky, be careful as you approach. Some guards hide in the treeline and will spot you if you go too near. You can try sneaking around the far side of the camp where the guards aren’t patrolling to take out a few first.
Talk to Jan Posy
Once all the Cumans are dealt with, speak with Jan.
Find the stolen chest
You’ll then need to locate the stolen chest. It is inside the locked chest in the big red tent. You can lockpick this open, or use the key that the named enemy Sharken had on him. Inside pick up the Zimburg reliquary item.
Return the chest to Posy
You can then speak with Jan and give him the reliquary to complete the task.
This finishes Skeleton in the Closet side quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.

For those of you having a hard time getting this quest to trigger.
You MUST leave the area to wait the 5 days in game or so. I just went down below it to the mill and used my straw bed in barn. Did a mixture of waiting and sleeping and then checking map in-between.
