For everyone looking for Apex Sentry , I made it to nighttime, teleported to Relic Ruins The Daunt, walked down to the Scrounger site and first scan was one.
Pretty sure normal Sentry’s spawn there aswell during Day Time. If not just kill all of them and teleport back to the Relic Ruins or walk a little away to make them respawn.
