Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Feast for the Poor Walkthrough

Feast for the Poor is a side quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Feast for the Poor side mission.

• Requirement: Complete Main Quest 14: Speak of the Devil
• Reward: 100 x Groschen (if you steal the wine for Knuckles and turn it in to him)
• Quest Type: Side Quest
• Questline: Feast for the Poor > (Civic Duty) > The Thieves’ Code > (Beyond the Grave > The German’s Treasure) > The Spark
• Quest Description: When I was looking for John of Liechtenstein, I needed to speak to Goatskin and my search led me to a tavern called the Hole. There I talked to the local gaffer, Chenyek, who offered me a job.

Objectives:

1. Find out what Knuckles wants from you (Optional)
2. Disrupt Sigismund’s supply of quality sausages
3. Steal wine from the warehouse (Optional)
4. Feed the poor in Kuttenberg
5. Return to Chenyek

Starting Location: Feast for the Poor

This quest is started by speaking with Chenyek at the Hole in the Wall tavern in Kuttenberg city. Before you are able to start the quest first need to convince Chenyek to give you information on Goatskin.

You are required to do this for Main Quest 16: Into the Underworld, so you are likely to complete this during normal story events unless you skip the step of talking to Chenyek. The ways to convince him are:

• Agreeing to fight with Goliath, win or lose
• Paying him 200 Groschen
• Passing a speech check

After this, he says he has another job for you, which you can come back to later or ask him about immediately. He asks a few questions you need to correctly answer first:

• Wycliffe’s first thesis > Repentance
• State with the greatest reformatory potential > The commoners
• Rightful king of Bohemia > Wenceslas

After this, agree to join the guild and with his plan to start the quest.

Find out what Knuckles wants from you (Optional)

Chenyek wants you to break into a supply warehouse to steal some sausage. Before going anywhere, the man named Knuckles who he mentioned will yell at your from inside the tavern. Go over and speak with him.

Knuckles wants you to also steal a bottle of wine from the warehouse, which he says he can sell for a high price. You can agree to this, then he will also provide you with 3x Lockpicks, 1 x Weak Quickfinger potion, and 1 x Weak Nighthawk.

Disrupt Sigismund’s supply of quality sausages

Before heading to the warehouse, you should take care of the optional idea Chenyek suggested. Go to one of the Grocers in the middle of Kuttenberg and purchase at least one cabbage.

Once you have this, you can head to the warehouse to the south just outside the city walls.

Outside the warehouse, make sure to change into a more stealth oriented outfit, and then wait until nighttime (after 21:00). If you have Mutt currently you should command him to either Stay while outside the warehouse area, or send him home. If he follows you into the warehouse area he will follow you around and continually have guards following him, making actually staying in stealth far harder.

The main entrances to the warehouse area will typically have guards, so to avoid them you can go to the west side and climb into the open window on the building to the right of one of the entrances.

Drop down into the building and exit the door going right, then jump the fence and go into the central building.

Then carefully make your way across to the green tent and the entrance around the back.

In here there is a chest with a Very Hard level lock. If your Thievery isn’t high enough you can use the Quickfinger potion here. If that still doesn’t make it high enough, you will need to obtain the key. When you loot the sausage make sure to replace it with your purchased cabbage as well.

The soldier who should be sitting right beside the central building can pick pickpocketed for the key. Use the Quickfinger potion before pickpocketing to help make this easier if needed.

Steal wine from the warehouse (Optional)

Now if you want to steal the wine for Knuckles, you can go back to the opposite side of the central building where there is another Very Hard locked chest with the wine inside.

When you are finished in the area, you can exit by climbing the ladder on the wall beside the green tent where the sausage was.

Feed the poor in Kuttenberg

Now with the sausage in hand, you can go around and feed the beggars around Kuttenberg. Wait until daytime, then the easiest way to hand out the sausage is to go to the three entrance fast travel points where there will typically be at least 2 -3 beggars nearby.

Hand each the required 5 Sausage, and then say that it is from the Kuttenberg guild.

Return to Chenyek

After you have given the sausage to 5 beggars, return to Cheynek at the Hole in the Wall to complete the quest. You can also turn in the wine to Knuckles outside, though this isn’t considered part of the quest.

This finishes Feast for the Poor side quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.
