A Prayer in the Moonlight is unlocked when you complete Ruin Draws Near Main Mission.

Requirement: Finish Ruin Draws Near, Scattered Fragments, Yamanaka Shikanosuke assists you in Scattered Fragments
Reward: Sekishu Kazusada, Moonprayer Cuirass, Moonprayer Waistguard, Moonprayer Gauntlets
Unique Unlock Requirement – Where to find Yamanaka Shikanosuke Location
The Yamanaka Shikanosuke Location is found in sub mission Scattered Fragments, he can be summoned from one of the blue graves there. This is mandatory to unlock this mission.
No Ochoko Cups required
As soon as the mission starts, defeat the soldier standing in front of you. Once he is defeated you can use the Blue Revenant Grave at the end of the bridge to call in Yamanaka Shikanosuke for free. Do this and head into the next area.
Killing the long-tongued Yokai will finish the mission. Be aware of the Yokai shooting you from above though.

hi there , thanks for all the effort you put to simplify the experience in getting trophies . but i have a question , in order to unlock prayer in the moonlight sub mission , do i have to summon Yamanaka Shikanosuke in the normal scattered fragment mission or the twilight version of scattered fragment in order to unlock the prayer of the moon light ?
I only summoned him in the normal version, never did it in the twilight mission.
