The Third Word is unlocked when you complete The Sun Sets on Mount Tenno Main Mission.

Requirement: Finish The Sun Sets on Mount Tenno Main Mission and The Aberrant Mage Side Mission

Saika Magoichi Boss Fight
This sub mission consists of only a boss fight against Saika Magoichi. You will have encountered him before in the Pervading Waters Main Mission.
This time Saika feels a little easier because now you are higher level and already know his move set. Just like in the previous encounter with him where you had pillars to hide behind, this time you get a big rock on the left side of the battlefield to hide from his shots. It seems the developers want us to make use of the environment for protection when facing this boss, and so we shall. Just camp behind the rock, let him get close, then step out behind the corner to unleash a strong combo, repeat. When he flies in the air and shoots, just hide behind the rock and you’ll be safe. After he’s defeated you’re all done here.
