Dawn of Hope is the 53rd and final side mission in Nioh 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all areas of Dawn of Hope Side Quest.
Yaksha Returns is unlocked when you complete In the Eye of the Beholder Main Mission.

William and you
William will follow you throughout this mission. Go up the ladder into the tower above and make your way up the floors while killing the Yokai in there.
After clearing the second floor you will see a door leading outside but it is just here to confuse you. Instead stay inside and head to the top floor of this building from where you can drop onto rooftops. Follow those to the right and enter the library there.
Inside kill all the Yokai and one of them will drop the Chappel Key which you need to progress. Head through the second exit of the library and follow the path through the houses.
Once back outside follow the wooden walkways straight to the chapel at the end.
In the chappel itself you will have to kill another set of Yokai battles, followed by a final boss fight against Onryoki, with whom you should be more than familiar at this point. Once he is dead the mission will succeed.
Onryoki Boss Fight
You have encountered this boss numerous times already. This is the easiest encounter because you have an AI partner that cannot die. Let William attack the boss while you lean back. Oryoki will focus only on William. When Onryoki has finished a combo you are clear to attack from behind. Do a single high-stance 
stab for maximum damage, retreat and repeat.
