Here you can find a full Nioh 2 Walkthrough with a Missions List. Nioh 2 has 20 Main Missions, 53 Side Missions (Sub Missions), 8 Twilight Missions excluding DLC.
This Walkthrough also points out the locations of important collectibles such as Kodamas and Hot Springs, and other relevant key items. It’s worth noting that the item pickups mentioned in these Walkthroughs are based on the first playthrough of the mission. When you replay a mission it will give new random item pickups. Missions can be replayed at any time and as often as you want. After the first playthrough you unlock a new difficulty “Dream of the Strong” in which you can play through the game again with stronger enemies.

Hey powerpyx, can i play main missions in my first playthrough and then finish side missions in ng+ ?
Z says
Just got the trophy
It’s possible to do some missions of way of the samurai and some on way of the strong
PowerPyx says
Yes. But “NG+” is just a higher difficulty, so the side missions become harder & higher level.
You can also “free roam” after the story and finish up your missing side missions without going into “NG+”. This way they are easier to do.
Sean Humphries says
Yes. Even better, like the first game, you can play NG+, get OP, go back to NG and complete the side missions with relative ease
Am says
Do the online missions count?
