Frozen Hearted Predator is the 145th main mission in Crimson Desert. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Frozen Hearted Predator main quest.

- Requirement: Finished previous main quest Invaders from the East
- Reward: None
- Quest Description: A weapon in the form of a giant mantis fell from the sky galleon’s debris. Its metal heart, rampaging with overwhelming power, froze over after a fierce battle.
Objectives:

Find the object that fell from the sky
Head to the quest marker in the north of Gorthak to automatically get a cutscene. Turns out the object that fell from the sky is a boss. It doesn’t matter if you go on foot or mounted in a robot, after the cutscene you will always enter the boss fight on foot.
Marni’s Clockwork Mantis Boss Fight
This is a mechanical praying mantis boss. He only has 1 healthbar. Despite looking strong, he is actually one of the easier bosses compared to the last few. His most dangerous attack is when he shoots yellow laser beams at you, those deal a lot of damage. Especially when he shoots multiple in a row, they can potentially kill in one hit depending on your max health. His melee attacks don’t deal much damage.
Evade his melee combos to get behind him, follow up with heavy attacks using Tauria Curved Sword with Nature’s Echo skill. Rinse and repeat. If he shoots yellow lasers dodge sideways in big circles around him. It’s also possible to parry some of his attacks, but he often uses attacks that can’t be parried, so dodging is safer here.
