Crimson Desert Forgotten Altar Puzzle Solution

Forgotten Altar Puzzle is an Abyss Restoration Challenge in Crimson Desert. This guide shows the Forgotten Altar puzzle location and solution.

Forgotten Altar Location

Forgotten Altar is entered from Spire of Clockwork > Riddle Square > Origin of Thoughts. It’s part of The Wanderer’s Way cluster.

Forgotten Altar Solution

Head to the North side of the Origin of Thought and enter the Skybridge Gate. Use Axiom Force on the pillar and use the D-Pad to push right until it glows blue.

Head into the light that appears in front of you. Once teleported below, platform your way up and use the floating ledges that move back and forth between islands to move to the floating island ahead. Continue down the path but be careful with platforms that fall, those look like this:

Continue up to the top until you get to the platform with the green trees that looks like a dead end, face North-Northeast and glide to the island ahead:

Once at the island catch the wind from the fans below to push you back up. Look to the East and follow the lights to the island ahead:

Head to the right corner and you will see more fans below you and the island you want to fly to ahead. Use the fans to get you to that island and in the corridor will be another fan pushing toward the next island:

Take that fan to that island where there is a light emitting from it and step into the light.

Once on Forgotten Altar make your way up the platforms to the Abyss Nexus.

Head up the stairs to the left and you will see a ball and a couple sets of thorny vines:

Use Focused Light to burn all three sets of vines ( + > hold / + > hold / CTRL + Left Click > CTRL)

Once gone, grab the ball and place it in the container on the ledge above:

Head back to the Abyss Nexus and head up the stairs to the left and head to the far left corner and you will see a fan on a ledge above:

Climb up and use the fans to float above the contraption in the middle:

Once above it, enter Focus mode where you recharge Spirit ( + / X on PC). Once in focus, activate Nature’s Retribution skill (Nature’s Snare green skill at Level 2) by rotating your Right Stick counter-clockwise (must have the skill unlock). When done correctly the device will stop spinning and the whirlwind in the center will subside:

Drop down and locate the block below:

Climb up the circular portion on the top of the block and crouch then use Force Palm ( / Mouse Wheel).

Once inside the block use Force Palm on the ground and you will complete this Abyss. Climb on the wall and use Force Palm on the circular part to escape from the block or teleport to the Abyss Nexus.
