There are 6 Two-Handed Weapon Challenges in Crimson Desert. They are part of the Mastery Category. Finishing all Two-Handed Weapon Challenges unlocks the Master of Two-Handed Weapons trophy & achievement.
Challenges Overview:
Overwhelming Slash 1
- How to Unlock: Pick up Sealed Abyss Artifact in Hernand, on the side of the road directly west of Drakesfall Watchtower.

- Challenge: Hit 3 enemies at once with a longsword while your Health is below 50%.
- How to Complete: Relatively self explanatory, you need to hit a total of 3 enemies at once using a longsword while you have below 50% health. This is easiest to do while playing as Kliff and using Spinning Slash (
+
) as this has a very wide swing area with the longsword. - Reward: 1x Abyss Artifact
Overwhelming Slash 2
- How to Unlock: Pick up Sealed Abyss Artifact in Demeniss, at the intersection southwest of Golden Gallop Racecourse.

- Challenge: Defeat 3 enemies with a longsword finisher without taking damage.
- How to Complete: This effectively means defeating 3 enemies with a longsword without taking damage, as you are very likely to perform finishers. There is no time limit, so you can focus on one enemy at a time.
- Reward: 1x Abyss Artifact, 1x Insight I
Overwhelming Slash 3
- How to Unlock: Pick up Sealed Abyss Artifact in Hernand, on side of road south of Hernandian Ruins, between N and A in HERNAND map text.

- Challenge: Knock back 10 enemies within 30 seconds using a Longsword.
- How to Complete: Knocking back enemies is easiest when using Turning Slash (
+
) while playing as Kliff. Turning Slash deals knockback to most enemies it hits, so performing it multiple times in a large crowd will allow you to repeatedly knock back enemies. - Reward: 1x Abyss Artifact
Ground Shaking Impact 1
- How to Unlock: Pick up Sealed Abyss Artifact in Hernand, on the side of the road southeast of Fort Perwin.

- Challenge: Land 30 hits on enemies within 30 seconds using a two-handed club or axe.
- How to Complete: Self explanatory, hit enemies 30 times total within 30 seconds using a two-handed club or axe while playing as Oongka (playable orc character, unlocks end of Chapter 7). Sprinting and running into enemies while holding the two-handed weapon does also count, so if you have a location available with a large number of enemies in close proximity you can just run around running into them to reach the 30 hits quickly.
- Reward: 1x Abyss Artifact
Ground Shaking Impact 2
- How to Unlock: Pick up Sealed Abyss Artifact in Pailune, on side of road leading south from Skoghorn.

- Challenge: Defeat 10 enemies with a two handed club or axe without taking damage.
- How to Complete: You get a two-handed axe automatically when playing as Oongka for the first time at the end of Chapter 7, it’s his starting weapon, and he is the only character who can use the two-handed axes or clubs. Seek out weak bandits in Hernand region and defeat 10 of them without taking damage. There is no time limit for this challenge, so you can take your time and focus on one enemy at a time.
- Reward: 1x Abyss Artifact
Ground Shaking Impact 3
- How to Unlock: Pick up Sealed Abyss Artifact in Pailune, at the intersection immediately southwest of Torvak Camp.

- Challenge: Send 5 enemies flying at once with a two-handed club or axe.
- How to Complete: There are two different ways you can complete this with Oongka, either using Quick Swap (
+
) to switch from another second slot weapon to his main two-handed weapon, or by using Imbue Elements on Quaking Fury when you have Wind unlocked. When performed with this move it causes a tornado to appear where he performs the second slam attack, which throws nearby enemies into the air. This is slightly easier, but requires having unlocked Wind element beforehand. If you didn’t yet and want to get the requirement out of the way as soon as you can play as Oongka, you can use Quick Swap which is a wide swing similar to Kliff’s Spinning Slash which will knock back enemies in front of you. - Reward: 1x Abyss Artifact, 1x Destruction II
