Location: Hernand > Hernandian Territory > Haunted Hill. East of Sanctum of Atonement, at the top of the second river leading to Three Saints’ Falls.
Haunted Hill Ancient Ruins Puzzle Solution
If you haven’t learned it already, observe the hologram near the Cresset to learn Nature’s Snare skill (look at it with 
/ 
). Then use Nature’s Snare on the two spinning parts to raise them, draining the water from the area which will solve the puzzle.
