• Requirement: Finished previous main quest Incomplete Victory
• Reward: None
• Quest Description: Witnesses claim that the Jackals and Black Bears are now operating independently. Since the main force cannot be spared for a full-scale manhunt, you have decided to pursue Ludvig with only a small, elite group.

Go to the town south-east of Pailune city, approach your comrades for a cutscene. This finishes the quest.
