Location: Demeniss > Bamboo Forest > South of Sanctum of Revelation, across the river.
Bamboo Forest Seonangdang Ancient Ruins Puzzle Solution
On either side of the stacks of stone in the middle there will be three smaller stones that you can pick up. You need to pick them up, then aim ( 
/ 
/ Q ) to place them on the middle pile of stones in the order of RED, BLUE, YELLOW ribbons (biggest to smallest). If they are stacked correctly you will complete the puzzle. If you lose one of the stones you can teleport to a different region and come back and it should reset them.
