Beating Heart is the 143rd main mission in Crimson Desert. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Beating Heart main quest.
- Starting Location: Delesyia > Gorthak
- Chapter: 10 – Counterattack
- Sub-Chapter: Greater Firepower
- Requirement: Finished previous main quest Clockwork Insect Clash
- Reward: None
- Quest Description: The power plant was successfully activated, and the heart of Gorthak Ironworks began to beat once more. This was short-lived, as swarms of clockwork insects rushed toward the facility, drawn by its hum. Proect the plant from the approaching swarm.
Objectives:
- Activate the power plant / Activate the generator
- Speak with Valgash
Activate the power plant / Activate the generator
When you arrive at the quest marker, enter the ground floor of the big building. This leads to the room with the Thermal Power Planet machine.
To activate the power plant, first pull the handle on the left.
Next, on the bottom right of the machine you will see a cube with a circle drawn on it. Aim the lantern at it ( 
/ 
/ CTRL) and kick it ( 
/ 
/ F). This will make a lever drop out of the chute above it.
Third, pull the lever and keep holding it (hold / ). Don’t push it repeatedly, just hold it down all the way for a few seconds to ignite the gas.
Then you get a cutscene and the generator turns on.
Speak with Valgash
Follow Valgash upstairs to the fortress wall. Then quest ends when you arrive upstairs.
This finishes Beating Heart in Crimson Desert.
