Old Friend is the 30th main mission in Crimson Desert. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Old Friend main quest.

Chapter: 3 – Howling Hill
Sub-Chapter: Homestead
Requirement: Finished previous main quest Cheers Echoing From the Edge
Reward: None
Quest Description: The goldleaves had some information on someone calling himself a Greymane. Go look for him in the back alleys of Hernand.

Objectives:

Investigate the back alleys of Hernand

In the back alley behind the inn is a group of people. Approach them to start a cutscene where you speak to an old friend Marius.

This quest is just one cutscene, nothing more to do here.

This finishes Old Friend in Crimson Desert.
