Introduction
Welcome to the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Siege of Paris DLC Trophy Guide! This DLC will bring you to Paris, France. The trophies are quite similar to the first DLC that took place in Ireland. There’s a trophy for beating the story, one for getting 100% completion (69 Collectibles total) and some miscellaneous ones. This DLC is much shorter than the first, the area is only about half the size and only has about half the Collectibles. Half of your time will go into the story and the other half into getting 100% completion and reaching Infamy Level 4 from playing Rebel Missions (a new type of mini-quest). There are no “Order Members” this time. You can tackle the trophies in any order you like and nothing is missable.
Step 1: Story
Start by playing through the Siege of Paris DLC story. It starts in your settlement Ravensthorpe in England. When you enter the game after installing the DLC, you will automatically get an onscreen prompt about a new quest “Strangers Bearing Gifts”. The quest waypoint will lead you to it, then you go to Francia. Complete the storyline for trophy Do What Is Right.
There is nothing to look out for during the story. There are no “Order Members” this time. The Francia area is also vastly smaller than the Ireland DLC area and the story is shorter. It consists of 5 Chapters in total. You can also mix up the steps and switch things up by doing Step 2 or 3 first, it doesn’t matter at all.
Step 2: Rebel Missions (Infamy Level 4)
During the story you will get a secondary main questline called “Vive la Résistance”. It can be tracked from your questlog (becomes available after first few quests in Francia). Follow the waypoint to meet quest giver Pierre. He tells you about some rebels you can help out. Those are the so-called “Rebel Missions”. Each of these mini-quests increases your Infamy Level a little bit. You must reach maximum Infamy Level (=Level 4) for Vive la Résistance. This requires completing 20 Rebel Missions in total which takes roughly 2 hours. It’s best to always pick the missions that show “Nearby” because they are within a 600 meter radius and it’s faster to ride there than to waste time on fast-travel screens. On your way to Infamy Level 4 you also unlock all pieces of the Reaper Armor Set for Vendange and you automatically get the 10 Rebel Missions required for Lèse-majesté.
Step 3: 100% Completion (Wealth, Mysteries, Artifacts) & Miscellaneous Trophies
You need 100% map completion just like in the main game and first DLC. This means finding all Wealth, Mysteries, Artifacts.
The Assassin Bureau, Frankish Nobles, and Ghost Auroch Boss are all tied to Mysteries marked on the map so you’ll get those trophies automatically while working on 100% completion.
The only remaining trophy you might have left is Pat the Cats.

Do What Is Right Complete the Siege of Paris campaign (The Siege of Paris). |
||
Automatic story-related trophy for completing the Siege of Paris (Francia) DLC’s main storyline. It will unlock after main quest “Homecoming” (after returning to England). There are 5 story Chapters in total. | ||
Know What Is Right Complete all territories of Francia (The Siege of Paris). |
||
For this trophy you must get 100% completion in Francia. This means all Wealth, Mysteries, Artifacts.
You can see your progress on the world map for each region (bottom right corner). Nothing is missable, you can still get everything after the story. Your story choices don’t matter for any trophies. In total there are 69 Collectibles (40 Wealth, 20 Mysteries, 9 Artifacts). The following guides show everything region by region and include everything you need: |
||
We Nobles Three Defeat all three Frankish Nobles (The Siege of Paris). |
||
Frankish Nobles are a type of Mystery (blue icons on map) in Francia. They are similar to the Lost Drengrs from the main game, enemies that you must defeat in a duel. Here are their locations: |
||
Vive la Résistance Reach maximum Infamy in the Rebel Missions (The Siege of Paris). |
||
Infamy Level 4 is the maximum. You gain Infamy Levels by playing Rebel Missions, given to you by an NPC called Pierre in Melun (the starting town in the south of Francia).
After the Prologue in Francia, you will automatically get a second main questline added to your log called “Vive la Résistance”. Track this questline and it will lead you to Pierre, who explains that he’d like you to help a group of rebels opposed to the Frankish loyalists. These are very short repeatable missions where you either kill some enemies or steal some documents from an enemy camp. In total you need to finish 20 Rebel Missions to reach Infamy Level 4.
There are always multiple Rebel Missions to choose from, but it doesn’t matter which ones you pick or how well you do. Each finished mission adds +1 towards the next Infamy Level. So feel free to go for the quickest ones that say “Nearby” because those are in a 500-600 meter radius and you can ride there quickly without wasting time on fast travel loading screens. After playing the first Rebel Mission you will see multiple Rebels marked on the map from whom you can accept these quests. But you can keep accepting them from Pierre each time if you like, no need to ever visit the other quest givers. It’s also fine to repeat missions that you’ve previously done, they still add to your Infamy Level. Each Infamy Level also unlocks new Reaper Armor pieces for the trophy Vendange. Try to keep your money from these missions for the armor pieces and don’t waste it on runes or cosmetics. The only exception is that you should buy the upgrades from Pierre that add more members to your team. Because quest rewards are based on the amount of team members that survived the quest, you gain more money if you have more members in your team. Pick archers as your team members, they basically never die because the enemy AI will focus on you and not them. |
||
Future Past Enter the Assassin Bureau in Francia (The Siege of Paris). |
||
First, you must find 3 keys to the Assassin’s Bureau scattered across Francia. They are all marked on the map as a type of Mystery called “Excavations” (blue pillar icons). After finding any one of the keys, you get a main quest called “Hidden” that marks the remaining 2 keys. Be sure to track this quest from the quest menu. After finding all 3 keys it will mark the location of the Assassin Bureau and you can then enter it to unlock the trophy. Here are all key locations:
After finding the 3 keys, go to the Assassin Bureau at this location: The trophy should unlock after you open the door in the underground section with an Assassin’s Creed logo on it and walking a few steps inside. There’s also a wealth chest that you can loot for a short sword which you need for 100% completion of all territories. |
||
Bad Bull Defeat the Ghost Auroch Boss (The Siege of Paris). |
||
This requires you to complete the Legendary Animal Mystery (marked by blue icon on map) in Amienois region, about 250 meters south of the town Amiens. Go to the location and you’ll find a big bull enemy, that’s the “Ghost Auroch Boss”. Defeat this beast and the trophy will unlock. Using 2 daggers and the Abilities Poison Strike & Fire Strike works well. The daggers will build up the poison and fire status effects very quickly, causing continuous damage over time. |
||
Vendange Kill an enemy with a scythe while wearing the full Reaper armor set (The Siege of Paris). |
||
All pieces of the Reaper Armor Set are rewards from playing Rebel Missions and reaching Infamy Level 4 (each Rebel Mission increases your Infamy Level). The Rebel Missions are marked as the main questline “Vive la Résistance” in your quest log after finishing the Prologue in Francia. You can track this from your quest log and it will show you the way. Here are also screenshots of the starting point and quest giver Pierre: You will unlock new items for sale at quest giver Pierre after leveling up your Infamy Rank. At Infamy Level 4 you’ll have access to all Reaper Armor pieces. See trophy Vive la Résistance for more details on the Rebel Missions.
The Scythe is a new weapon in the Siege of Paris Expansion. Here’s how you get it:
Now equip all 5 Reaper Armor pieces and the Scythe weapon (unequip other secondary weapon). Kill any enemy with the Scythe while wearing this outfit and the trophy will unlock. |
||
Pat the Cats Pat all the cats in Evreux (The Siege of Paris). |
||
This takes place in region “Evresin” (the north-west region of Francia) in the town Evreux. There’s a fast travel point in this town. From the fast travel point, look south and you’ll see a market square. There are 4 cats in total that you must pet. They move around this area (they aren’t stationary) but they have scripted paths and will always come to the same spots after a while. See the video for the exact points and what each cat looks like. Coming from the direction of the fast travel point, there are usually 2 on the right side along some market stalls (a ginger one and a gray striped one), 1 on the left behind a house (black one), and 1 locked inside a house with a wooden door near the southern edge of the town (fixed spawn for this one). They can spawn at any time, but personally I had the most success by meditating until morning. When you approach you should get a pet prompt. Eivor will pick up the cat in a short cutscene. It won’t work if you have your hood on, so unequip it (hold and unselect it from the item wheel). Sometimes the button prompt is just glitchy and you need to walk around the cat or wait for it to move before you can pick it up. Sleeping cats can’t be interacted with, you need to wait until it wakes up (shooting an arrow near it will also wake it up). If you don’t have any luck just fast travel back to the fast travel point and it will respawn the cats. Should you have killed a cat by accident, simply fast travel to the southernmost harbor in Melunois and fast travel back to Evreux and the cats should respawn. |
||
Lèse-majesté Complete 10 Rebel Missions (The Siege of Paris). |
||
See Vive la Résistance. You will have to do 10 Rebel Missions automatically on your way to maximum Infamy Level. |

hey, I loved it and was very helpful. In case you want to add it, I found 2 more scythes in: murmiliacum in amienois, and in the crypt in Flooded Slums in paris

Thanks for the guide as I tear into this. I can’t help but wonder what bug will prevent a trophy in this DLC. That is my biggest complaint about this game. There have been multiple bugs preventing completions and trophies this entire journey. Lucky enough to finally gain the Plat. Still waiting for an Ireland fix to finish that one off completely on trophies.
Raziael says
Bad Bull is bugged for me, I have cleared DLC with 100% completion but no way, Bad Bull is still locked. Anyone else with this bug?
capkris says
The pat the cats trophy iis bugged for me. I can find the cats, but I guess Eivor is not in the mood to pat them no matter what time of day it is(no action button available)?
capkris says
The trophy popped for me after some persistence, but it is also possible that the cats can’t be patted while in the Paris Siege quests are in process,
CerulLiber says

The Reaper’s Bracers don’t automatically placed in my inventory after reaching Infamy Level 3. I finish all missions and dlc stuff and this bug blocking me.
