Introduction
Welcome to the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Wrath of the Druids DLC Trophy Guide! This expansion brings you to Ireland, which consists of 4 regions and contains 115 Collectibles (69 Wealth, 17 Mysteries, 29 Artifacts) + 10 Order Members (Children of Danu). The Ireland map is a bit bigger than Norway. Expect around 7-10 hours of story and around 5+ hours for side content and Collectibles. Nothing is missable and your story choices don’t impact any trophies.
Step 1: Story
Simply play through the Wrath of the Druids DLC story on any difficulty. Your story choices don’t impact any trophies, there are no difficulty-related trophies, and nothing is missable. The first DLC quest is called “Irish Trade” and starts at your settlement “Ravensthorpe” in England. You must have made a bit of story progress in England, but it’s available before finishing the main story. The DLC brings you to Ireland which consists of 4 regions.
Some general tips to keep in mind along the way:
- It’s beneficial to capture the Trade Posts early on, after you get the first one from story progression. These generate materials for you automatically over time. You need quite a lot of materials to reach Dublin Renown Level 5.
- You automatically do 6 Royal Demands during the story (10 are needed for trophies, so after the story you only need 4 more).
- During the story you automatically kill 5 of 10 Children of Danu (Order Members). If you need help with this, see » Assassin’s Creed Valhalla – All Children of Danu Locations.
Step 2: Children of Danu
From the story you will already have 5 of 10 Children of Danu defeated. Now go defeat the remaining 5. Each one gives you an Amber Shard that you need for Dawn of the Druids.

Step 3: 100% Completion (Wealth, Mysteries, Artifacts) & Miscellaneous Trophies
The Wealth, Mysteries, and Artifacts from the main game make a return. You need 100% map completion again, just like in the main game. So you must find all of those Collectibles. Also work on the remaining trophies for getting Renown Level 5 (give materials to the trade master in Dublin), get the Dublin Champion Armor Set, find the only Snake in Ireland, find 2 Sickles, do 10 Royal Demands (6 are done automatically during the story).

Irish Legend Complete all territories of Ireland. |
||
For this trophy you must get 100% completion in Ireland. This means all Wealth, Mysteries, Artifacts.
You can see your progress on the world map for each region (bottom right corner). Nothing is missable, you can still get everything after the story. Your story choices don’t matter for any trophies. In total there are 115 Collectibles (69 Wealth, 17 Mysteries, 29 Artifacts). The following guides show everything region by region and include everything you need: |
||
Ireland’s Deliverance Complete the Wrath of the Druids campaign. |
||
Automatic story-related trophy for completing the Wrath of the Druids (Ireland) DLC’s main storyline. It will unlock after main quest “The Cost of Betrayal”. | ||
Dawn of the Druids Collect all the amber shards for Deirdre. |
||
This is for defeating all 10 Children of Danu (Order Members). Each of them drops an Amber Shard, which is placed in your inventory automatically so you can’t accidentally forget to loot them. You don’t need to return the Shards to Deirdre, the trophy unlocks immediately upon killing the 10th Order Member. You meet Deirdre and get her hard-collecting task automatically during Main Quest “Potion of Blood”. She is found at Asfinn in Connacht region, east of Rathcroghan.

Like a Druid Complete a Trial of the Morrigan. |
||
Trials of the Morrigan are a new type of Mystery (blue icons on map). They require you to interact with an altar which then spawns a group of Druid enemies you must defeat. Here’s one of their locations: You will get this trophy along the way while working on Irish Legend which requires you to complete all regions anyway. |
||
All Roads Lead to Dublin Reach the max level of Dublin Renown. |
||
For this you must reach Renown Level 5 for Dublin. You do this by giving Irish Trade Materials to Azar (trade master) in the town of Dublin.
This is Azar’s location (marked as “Overseas Trading” / “Trade Chest” on world map): There are 4 material types you can give to Azar: Clothing, Texts, Delicacies, Luxuries. You get them by capturing Trade Outposts (all of which are marked on the map). They will automatically generate more materials over time which you can then pick up from the chest in front of Azar in Dublin. You can even stand idle near the chest and wait until it’s full. No need to be actually running around. Each minute you get more materials automatically. Different Trade Outposts produce different materials so capture all of them to get every type. The Trade Outposts and Azar’s Trade Contracts are both unlocked as part of the story during main quest “Rathdown Build Up”, so you need to play a little bit before this opens up! When talking to Azar you will see different “Trade Contracts”, which simply require you to give her a certain amount of the Trade Post materials. This instantly closes the Contract and gives you a little bit of Renown towards the next Level. Because you need a lot of materials it makes sense to unlock all Trade Posts as early as possible. Then as you play through the story and go for Collectibles your material chest will fill out automatically along the way. On the world map you can scroll over the chest to see how many materials it has. There is a storage limit so go empty it every 1-2 hours. To see your Renown Level, scroll over the King’s Hall (green icon) on the world map in Dublin. |
||
The Legend of St. Patrick Kill the only snake in Ireland. |
||
The snake location in Ireland is found in the middle of Meath territory, in the bogs/swamps, in an abandoned church with a Cursed Symbol artifact in it (Collectible). In a side room of the church are some wooden crates and some red vases. You must destroy them. Inside one of the red vases is ‘the only snake in Ireland’. Kill it to get the trophy. Here are images of the location: |
||
King’s Maker Complete 10 Royal Demands |
||
Royal Demands are marked on the map with a white pigeon coop icon . You will see them when fully zooming in on the map. They are found at every Trade Post that you captured.
You will unlock Royal Demands as part of main story quest “War Efforts”. In fact, you do 6 Royal Demands as part of main quests, which are needed to advance the story. Do those first. Then after the story do 4 more Royal Demands from your Trade Posts. The Demands are mini-quests that require you to assassinate a particular enemy, clear out entire enemy camps, or steal a valuable item from a chest in an enemy camp. You don’t need to do the optional objectives (e.g. “no unnecessary kills” / “don’t be seen” / “take no damage”). You just need to complete the Demand with any result, but the optional objectives can all be failed and it still counts. |
||
Double Trouble Equip a Sickle in both hands. |
||
Here are two Sickle locations: Sickle #1 – Ceremonial Sickle: From a Wealth Gear Chest in the south of Connacht. Sickle #2 – Bone Sickle: From a Mystery (Legendary Animal: Black Stout) in north-east of Connacht. After getting both Sickles, simply equip them to each weapon slot in your inventory and the trophy will unlock instantly. No need to even use them on an enemy. |

Howdy..
Any idea on how to get the “Double Trouble” trophy to pop. I completed the DLC and got all collectables (including the 2 sickles). I equipped them and didn’t get the trophy?
