To infiltrate Azerian Manor and find the Secret Location at the Manor without getting caught by the guard is an objective in Crimson Desert, Chapter 8, Main Quest: Blazing Fire.
Even though the objective says you can’t be detected, it’s fine if the guards see you and you are allowed to defeat them. Just if they wrestle you to the ground you must be quick to press 
/ 
to escape and not let this QTE fail twice in a row.
The easiest method to get into the manor unnoticed is by climbing to the roof and dropping to the balcony, from there enter the upper floor.
The secret location is on the upper floor. In the hallway there is a wall that looks different. Walk against it, then the wall rotates and you enter the hidden room behind it.
Pick up the Investigate Report from the bedside table and read it from the inventory.
Then exit the room the same way you came in. A cutscene will trigger, after which you automatically form an alliance with House Azerian and the quest will end.
Note that there are also a bunch of memories (blue ghosts) on the lower floor you can inspect, though they are not needed for quest progression.
