In Crimson Desert, your inventory size can be expanded by obtaining small, medium, and large bags. These are often quest rewards. The inventory is limited by the number of total slots you have unlocked, not by a weight limit. Consumables and materials also stack in the same slot for up to 50 of the same item in one slot. Weapons and Armor take up one slot each.
Small Bags give +1, Medium Bags +3, Large Bags +5 Inventory Slots.
To increase the inventory limit:
- Do tasks for townfolk that reward bags. You can see this under Journal > Faction Quests > scroll over a quest to see the Reward on the right side. If it shows Medium Bag as a reward, it gives an inventory size increase. Prioritize those quests. The more quests you accept (from notice boards etc) the more you have to choose from.

- Buy Bags from vendors. They typically only sell Small Bags for +1 slot, which costs 50 copper coins. This is relatively cheap and worth the cost, as you can then permanently carry bag loot to sell to the vendors so you’ll make back your investment in no time. Vendors are found in every major town, they get marked by “?” icons on Map > Environment tab.
