Hidden Ace is the 141st main mission in Crimson Desert. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Hidden Ace main quest.

- Requirement: Finished previous main quest Master of the Ironworks
- Reward: None
- Quest Description: Valgash’s secret weapon, the A.T.A.G., is unlike anything seen before. Loaded with explosives, the machine is essentially a walking fortress. After learning its operation from the master artisan, an initial test run proved its immense destructive capabilities.
Objectives:
- Find Valgash’s secret weapon (Speak with the dwarf)
- Learn how to operate the A.T.A.G.
- Speak with the artisan
- Operate the A.T.A.G.
Find Valgash’s secret weapon (Speak with the dwarf)
Close to where the previous quest ended, go to the top of the area and talk to the dwarf in front of the blue robot.
Learn how to operate the A.T.A.G.
You will get a tutorial popup on how to use the ATAG – the playable robot “mount”. This lets you walk around as a robot and shoot rockets and gatling guns.
Mount A.T.A.G. and move to the practice ground
Approach the back of the robot and mount it just like you do with your horse. Go left down the hill where you find practice targets in the ruins.
Destroy the targets
Destroy any 15 targets with any attack. A counter in the top right corner will keep track. There are more targets than you need. Shooting the Rapid Fire Gun is easiest. Try out all functions, the controls will appear on the right side of the screen.
Speak with the dwarf
Go back to the dwarf, dismount the robot to automatically talk to him.
Speak with the artisan
After the cutscene, walk with the artisan Orc who will appear in front of you.
Operate the A.T.A.G.
Go back to where the dwarf was. The robot will now be gone. You must pull the lever on the right side of the gate where the objective is.
This opens the gate and you can mount the robot behind it.
This finishes Hidden Ace in Crimson Desert.
