To visit Delesyia Castle is an objective in Crimson Desert, Chapter 11, Main Quest: The City of Steel. When you approach the Castle, you will likely get tossed out by the guards.
To enter Delesyia Castle you must be wearing the Visione helmet. It’s a key item that you got earlier in the story, the golden helmet that lets you view Memory Fragments. Equip the Visione helmet from your inventory, replacing your actively equipped helmet. In the inventory you need to click the Visione, then hold 
/ 
/ Space Bar to click “Equip”.

Visione Helmet:
Approach the guards at the gate with the Visione equipped and they will let you through. You can only talk to NPCs in Delesyia town while wearing the Visione helmet, so keep it equipped in this town at all times.
For the quest progression you must follow the path uphill, enter the big front gate of the castle in the garden area.
