Back Alley Shops are special merchants in Crimson Desert that sell disguises, masks, and keys. Wearing a mask is mandatory to steal and pickpocket items, and keys are needed to open locked doors. Each of these vendors sells 3 keys per in-game day, so if you want to stock up on keys you could quickly fast travel between all of them.
