Borderlands 3 Swamp Bro Side Mission Walkthrough

Swamp Bro is a side mission in Borderlands 3 (BL3). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Swamp Bro Side Quest.

Swamp Bro is unlocked when you’ve completed The Guns of Reliance.

Area: Reliance, Floodmoor Basin

Requirement: having finished The Guns of Reliance

Reward: $ 3.838 + Rare Pistol “Extreme Hangin’ Chadd”
Mission Info: It’s Chadd time, brah! Don’t wuss out! Come on! Taste the Danger!

Starting Location: Swamp Bro

Follow Chadd

One of the inhabitants of Reliance is a dude by the name of Chadd. And he really is a “dude”-dude.
Follow him on his adventure on some crazy stunts. Run, climb and jump wherever he is going.

Kill Grogs

After just a minute, we have to take out a small group of Grogs and get their Guts.

Grab Grog Guts

They are no match to us! Pick up the Guts and…

Give Grog Guts to Chadd

…hand them over to Chadd, who will cover himself in these. Hmm, nice!

Follow Chadd

Follow him to the next spot.

Kill Ravagers

This time, some bigger Saurians are on his list – Ravagers. Still, no match to us!

Revive Chadd

However, a match for Chadd. Get close to him and revive your ally.

Follow Chadd

Time to follow him once more.

Answer the Call of Danger

Talk to our lovely dude and he will tell us, what he has planned next.

Go to Lover’s Leap

To access the Lover’s Leap, you need to jump down on a little wooden platform and take the ladder up.

Jump!

Watch as our crazy friend jumps down the cliff and do so yourself.

Revive Chad

Obviously, the impact downs him and we need to revive him once again.

Get Fuel Cans (1)

Now, he wants to take the lift to another level – speed-wise. Chadd asks us to get some Fuel Cans to attach to the Boosters.

The first one is just on a pier a few steps away.

Get Fuel Cans (2)

The second Can is also on a wooden platform, not too far from the last spot.

Get Fuel Cans (3)

And the final Can is in the tentacles of the structure on yet another pier-section.

Attach Fuel Cans to Boosters

Head back to the lift and attach the Cans to the boosters, marked in green. Two on the left side and one on the right.

Shoot Igniter

To launch the elevator, shoot the Igniter highlighted in red.

This will make our friend fly into the sky.

Get Chadd’s righteous Loot

Head up the lift (or fast-travel) to access the crate next to where we accepted the mission and pick up the reward.

This finishes Swamp Bro side mission in Borderlands 3.
