Witch’s Brew is a side mission in Borderlands 3 (BL3). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Witch’s Brew Side Quest.
Witch’s Brew is unlocked when you have started Lair of the Harpy.

Mission Info: These swamp folk got secrets in spades it seems. Help Murl figure out what the bog witch has been up to.

Starting Location: Witch’s Brew
Meet Azalea
The witch Azalea is located just a bit to the North of where we entered Jakobs Estate. Head over there and talk to her via her hologram-device.
Follow Pippie
She wants us to gather some Swamp Blooms. Her pet-monster by the name of Pippie will help us find them. Follow her into the den and she will dig up the Blooms.
Gather Green Swamp Blooms (1)
It is quite dark in there, so check your mini-map to see where Pippie is and if she dug up something already.
Gather Green Swamp Blooms (2)
Sometimes, she even sits above them to protect them.

If you want to make your life a bit easier, go ahead and shoot all monsters in the den first. The actual collecting goes quite fast then.
Gather Red Swamp Blooms (1)
After picking up the first Green Swamp Bloom, Murl calls us and asks us to retrieve some Red ones, while we are there.
Gather Red Swamp Blooms (2)
Sure thing, as Pippie can’t seem to differentiate between colors, anyhow.
Gather Red Swamp Blooms (3)
Pick up anything she shows and exit the den, once you have obtained everything.
Return to Azalea
Return to Azalea and speak to her again.
Deposit Green Blooms
She asks us to throw them into her vessel near-by.
Kill Mutated Tink
Well, it turns out that she is an evil witch and on the side of Tyreen. Kill the Mutated Tink that will appear from the side.
Speak to Murl
Head back to Murl and see what he has in store for us now.
Deposit Red Blooms
Open the door behind him and throw in the Red Blooms you’ve collected.
Take the Black Flame
Now, he will provide us with a special weapon.
Equip Black Flame
Check you backpack and equip the Black Flame. It’s a shotgun called “Burning Black Flame”.
Destroy Azalea’s Vat
Go back to the entrance of Azalea’s area and shoot the vessel outside with the new gun.
This will open up her area and we need to destroy the remaining four Vats.
Destroy Azalea’s Vats (1)
The first is prominently placed in the middle of the area.
Destroy Azalea’s Vats (2)
Continue counterclockwise, the second is inside of a shack and can be shot from the outside.
Destroy Azalea’s Vats (3)
The third is located in some distillery-like-looking area.
Destroy Azalea’s Vats (4)
The final Vat is in the main house area, around the back.
Kill Azalea
Once you have destroyed all four Vats, Azalea will join the fun and we have to do, what we do best – kill her.
Return to Murl
Go back to Murl to claim your reward and complete this mission.
This finishes Witch’s Brew side mission in Borderlands 3.
