Kill El Dragon Jr is a rare randomly appearing side mission that shows up on the notice board in Sanctuary. It’s just random at which point it will be available. Always check the map for new quests when going to Sanctuary and do it as soon as you see it! The Sanctuary Message Board Kill quests are repeatable and will reappear later again. This and other Sanctuary kill quests are not needed for the “All Side Missions” trophy and achievement, but they do add +1 to your total completed missions.
You need to have progressed through the main mission Lair of the Harpy to have access to the Ambermire where this enemy is located.

El Dragon Jr Location: Eden-6, Jakobs Estate
El Dragon is a big human enemy found near an Eridian Slab in Jakobs Estate (a subregion of Planet Eden-6). The story takes you to this area automatically during Lair of the Harpy. See the location picture below. He can also spawn there outside of this quest at any time. This enemy likes to jump on you with bodyslams but he’s in an isolated location with enough room to evade. As soon as he is dead the side mission is done instantly, no need to turn it in anywhere.
This mission is repeatable and respawns randomly at a later time (same as all other kill quests from notice boards). To make it count towards your total completed missions you only need to do it once!

Ok. This week because of the 10th anniversary special, El Dragon Jr. will spawn everytime. I need to find out how to power him up to his most BA form to get the drop. I got him to power up once and heal himself, but only once. Help.
