Sheega’s All That is a side mission in Borderlands 3 (BL3). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Sheega’s All That Side Quest.
Sheega’s All That is unlocked when you complete Side Mission: Boom Boom Boomtown in Devil’s Razor.

Mission Info: Hey, YO! Tina’s sexy-exy won’t give her back her pet, Enrique IV!

- Go to Sheega’s
- Place Decorations 0/5
- Ring doorbell
- Kill skags
- Melee a decoration
- Stand back!
- Search Cages for Enrique IV
- Feed Enrique IV
- Kill Sheega

- Return to Tina
Starting Location: Sheega’s All That
This mission is given to you by Tina in Boomtown. You must’ve completed Side Mission: Boom Boom Boomtown first to unlock this area.
Take Decorations
After accepting the side mission from Tina, she will explain that she gave her skag-dog “Enrique IV” to her ex Sheega for pet-sitting. Now Sheega doesn’t want to give back the dog to Tina, so she sends us to get him. She will stretch out her hand, take the heart decorations from her.
Go to Sheega’s
Sheega’s Kennels are further north and marked by a waypoint, simply drive or walk over there, it’s not far.
Place Decorations 0/5
Once we arrive, we see by the door decoration that Sheega has sided with the COV. Tina wants us to place 5 heart decorations in specific spots to draw out Sheega with love. The decorations are marked as objectives and you can see their green outlines around Sheega’s place where we just arrived. They are close together. Press the reload button 
to put up the decorations.

Ring doorbell
With all 5 decos placed, simply hit the door bell to the left of the entrance (circled red below).
Kill skags
Love and decorations didn’t work — Sheega opts to sacrifice us to her skags instead. Let’s shoot them in the head.
Melee a decoration
Now melee one of the decorations you put up.
Stand back!
And stand back immediately because the decorations are really just hidden explosives and will blow up, thus opening the door to Sheega’s Kennels.
Search Cages for Enrique IV
Enrique IV (Tina’s pet) is in the kennel at the end of the area in the middle, see the location circled in red below. You can ignore the other kennels, they contain some hostile Alpha Skags but you can also kill them for some extra XP if you like. Just hit the switches / buttons on the kennel to open it. Enrique IV is an electric skag.
Feed Enrique IV
Run back to the start of the kennel area, the way we came from, and interact with the valve. It will spill out some blood, a treat for our animal friend.
Kill Sheega
Sheega gets really mad that you’re trying to take back Enrique IV to her ex-lover Tina. She’ll jump out and fight us. Sheega is a little mini-boss but she’s on her own and doesn’t have much health. Enrique IV will also damage her.
Open back gate
With Sheega defeated, head through the back of the Kennels and hit the switch to open the gate. Now Enrique IV is free and can run back to Tina.
Return to Tina
You can simply fast travel back to Boom Boom Town and Enrique will spawn there. Talk to Tina. She will be most happy to have her good boy back and the mission is complete.
This finishes Sheega’s All That side mission in Borderlands 3.
