Borderlands 3 (BL3) has 10 of Zero’s Targets of Opportunity Locations. This guide shows where to find and defeat all of them to unlock the Zer0ed In trophy or achievement.
None of them are missable! You can still do everything after the story in free-roam.
Targets of Opportunity count as a Crew Challenge (type of Collectible). On the map they get marked by a green icon when going near them. Completed targets change to a slightly transparent icon. On the world map you can press D-Pad Right to see how many targets you’ve completed in the area. There’s never more than one per map.
You also get a mail with a free weapon after every hunt. You can retrieve this under Pause Menu > Social > Mail. Completing all 10 targets of opportunity gives you a legendary sniper called “Vicious Lyuda” (and it’s a pretty fantastic one that has a quick-shooting barrel like a minigun). If you want, save the last target until you’re level 50. Then the legendary reward also scales to level 50 or whatever your player level is.
This guide shows all targets of opportunity ordered by planet and area. If you haven’t been to an area yet just ignore it till you’ve finished the story, then you’ll have access to everything.

I killed them all but i didnt only get the gun i didnt even get the achievement. is this glitched or something

Okay so I see that some people may only just be getting around to crew challenge aka zeroed in targets and what not if you have any dlcs at all the you have anywhere from 4 to 6 new targets that are not listed at sanctuary and need to track them down in the dlcs as well before the game gives you the achievement if you had done all this before getting the dlcs then yes you would have said achievements by now but because of dlcs you got extra work get to it I’m already on it and just side note this guide was made before we got dlcs
