Dynasty Dash: Pandora / Devil’s Razor is a side mission in Borderlands 3 (BL3). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Dynasty Dash: Pandora/Devil’s Razor Side Quest.
Dynasty Dash: Pandora / Devil’s Razor is unlocked when you reach Devil’s Razor during Blood Drive.
NOTE: The first time you complete this quest it is called Dynasty Dash: Pandora. Once you’ve finished this once it counts towards the side mission completion requirements, but then it becomes a side quest that you can accept and complete repeatedly called Dynasty Dash: Devil’s Razor. You don’t need to do it again any more after the first time for it to count as completed for the trophy for all side missions. You also don’t need to beat the best time, any completion time will suffice.
Planet: Pandora
Area: Devil’s Razor
Quest Giver: Notice Board
Requirement: Reach Devil’s Razor during main mission Blood Drive.
Recommended Level: 27
Reward: $3,838 + bonus money depending the time you beat
Mission Info: Beau is expanding the Dynasty Diner franchise into an interplanetary express delivery service! He needs a reckless, er, EXPERT driver to deliver all of the juicy burgers to his hungry customers. Time is of the essence since cold burgers are a damn tragedy!
Objectives:
- Pick up delivery burgers
- Deliver burgers: 0/5
- Optional: with 9:00/5:00/2:30 remaining
- Return to Beau’s sign spinner
Starting Location: Dynasty Dash: Pandora/Devil’s Razor
Pick Up Delivery Burgers
Like the Dynasty Diner mission on Eden-6, this involves you driving around and delivering burgers to different locations in the Devil’s Razor area. Head over to the burgers and grab them to start the timer.
Deliver Burgers: 0/5
To complete the mission outright, you just need to deliver the burgers to each of the 5 locations. They’re fairly spread out, but you can get around this area somewhat quick by cheating.
If you’re doing the mission solo, the best route is to hit the closest one first (1) then zip over to the one way out on the edge of the map (2). You can then fast travel to Boomtown, and run over and get another vehicle then hit (3) and (4). Then take your vehicle up around to where 5 is. If you have more than one person, you can have one person head to (5) first, while the first person follows in normal order. 3 or 4 is even easier because you can send someone to (3)/(4) right away.
Optional: with 9:00/5:00/2:30 remaining
To complete the optional objectives you need to complete the mission with above the listed time left on the clock. Solo this can be either hard or impossible, but it becomes easier the more people you have in your game. Recommended vehicle would be the Cyclone with the hover wheel, as it makes shooting signs and getting into tight areas easier. With 4 people you can have everyone drive to a different delivery spot simultaneously to beat the best time.
While driving around you should also be on the lookout for the glowing red signs. If you shoot these you gain more time on the clock, which makes the time requirements easier.
Return to Beau’s Sign Spinner
Once all your deliveries are finished, head back to the sign spinner by the cart to complete the mission and get your reward.
This finishes Dynasty Dash: Pandora / Devil’s Razor side mission in Borderlands 3. Remember: this is repeatable and after first completion the quest name changes from “Dynasty Dash: Pandora” to “Dynasty Dash: Devil’s Razor”, but there’s no need to replay it.

There is a similar mission on Eden-6, I don’t know if that one needs to be done before this one or something else, hope this helps (or you already figured it out or you don’t care anymore, but here you go ).

You need to complete the burger mission on Promethea (Dynasty Diner) from Lorelei.
Because in that mission you are liberating the diner that provides the burgers for this mission.

Why does it show 8 missions but on the screen it say I need 9. I did the dancing one and survival and all you have listed and I’m still showing 8:9

Some of the mission counters on the map are glitched… or rather all counters are glitched (collectibles included, shows wrong numbers in-game). Looks like they still haven’t fixed it.
