Missing Companion is the 23rd main mission in Crimson Desert. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Missing Companion main quest.
- Starting Location: Hernand region > Springtide Mill
- Chapter: 2 – Golden Greed
- Sub-Chapter: Hernand in Chaos
- Requirement: Finished previous main quest Where Misery Gathers
- Reward: x1 Standard Inventory Expansion Tool, x5 Fleece
- Quest Description: Unknown assailants have apparently taken a child’s animal companion, Wooly, by Force. Listen to the child’s story.
Objectives:
- Speak with the crying child
- Gather information on the missing sheep from the children
- Gather information on the missing sheep from the men
- Find Wooly, the sheep
- Return to Willian
Speak with the crying child
The crying child is in Bloomwood Ranch:
Use the objective marker to head that way and you will see a couple of kids arguing:
Two of the kids will walk away leaving Willian alone crying. Lock on to him and speak.
Gather information on the missing sheep from the children
Head South out of the Bloomwood Ranch and look for the three way intersection to the southwest. The children arguing from before are here, speak to them.

Get information on the missing sheep from the men
Head across the street to the south of Bloomwood Ranch where you will see a couple of men. Speak to them, they are Herders.
Find Wooly, the sheep
Follow the marker south to the other side of the river:
Once at the marker you will notice it is a heavily guarded bandit camp. Defeat all of the bandits to be able to access the camp without being attacked. Head to the pen in the camp where there is a single sheep. Use 
/ 
to pick up the sheep.
Return to Willian
Carry the sheep all the way back to Willian who is now at Bloomwood Ranch near the road pouting against a tree at the mission marker. Getting close enough will start a cutscene.
This finishes Missing Companion in Crimson Desert.
