Gold Ore is a crafting material in Crimson Desert, used for refinement at the blacksmith. It’s used to upgrade various items, especially accessories.
Gold Ore Locations:
Gold Ore is one of the rarest ores and is only found in a few Gold Mines throughout the game. Buy a pickaxe from the Provisioner’s Shop in Hernand town and use it to hit ore deposits, or use the Force Palm Attack. When a Gold Mine is blocked by a big golden boulder, hit it with Force Palm to destroy it. Unlike other ores, the gold deposits can be hit 2-4 times each to crumble into smaller pieces.
- You can find 15-20 Gold Ore in a single Gold Mine, found in the southwest of Demeniss region at Anvil Hill. The entrance is at the bottom of the canyon, slightly to the east of the Gold Ore icon on the map. At the bottom of the canyon you find a big golden boulder, smash it with Force Palm to enter the cave (R3 / Right Stick / Mouse Wheel). Remember to hit each deposit multiple times to break them down into smaller chunks.
