Crimson Desert A Gentle Touch Walkthrough

A Gentle Touch is the 44th main mission in Crimson Desert. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the A Gentle Touch main quest.

• Starting Location: Hernand region > Coalvale Workshop
• Chapter: 3 – Howling Hill
• Sub-Chapter: Pioneering
• Requirement: Finished previous main quest Rumors from the Sawmill
• Reward: 200 Camp Oats, 200 Camp Coins, x6 Thick Hide, x5 Iron Ore
• Quest Description: The sawmill rumors proved true. With the Greymanes’ reunion successfully concluded, return to Howling Hill to prepare the next phase of the plan.

Objectives:

1. Return to Howling Hill
2. Examine the dragon head totem at the shrine
3. Check the letter from the dragon head totem
4. Read the letter

Return to Howling Hill

After speaking to Luke make your way back to the camp where your Mission Marker is:

Examine the dragon head totem at the shrine

Once at the camp you will see a shrine:

Approach it and the objective will continue.

Check the letter from the dragon head totem

Approach the totem statue left of the shrine:

Examine the totem using / .

Read the letter

Open your inventory and examine the purple letter “Shakatu’s Letter“.

While looking at the letter press to examine it to learn about the Camp Expansion.

This finishes A Gentle Touch in Crimson Desert.
