Disconnected Truth Puzzle is an Abyss Restoration Challenge in Crimson Desert. This guide shows the Disconnected Truth puzzle location and solution.
Disconnected Truth Location
Forgotten Altar is entered from Spire of Clockwork > Riddle Square > Origin of Thoughts > Forgotten Altar. It’s part of The Wanderer’s Way cluster.
Disconnected Truth Solution
From the Forgotten Altar Abyss Nexus head to the Skybridge Gate in the East. Axiom Force the pillar and use the D-Pad to rotate the center section until it glows blue. Climb up the platforms and ride the floating one up to the next island. Once at the top head into the light in the center to teleport.
Once teleported to the Disconnected Truth head up the platforms and activate the Abyss Nexus at the end of the path.
Look off the edge and you will see an opening on the bottom of the pyramid:
Glide to the opening and head inside. Once inside look to the right and you will see a broken wire:
Head to the wire and interact with the conduit:
Head into the center of the room that is lit up. Take the elevator up and step off the platform to allow the walls to fold down. Once down look to the West and you will see three circles above 3 wires and the one all the way to the right is lit up. Grapple the lit one to activate it:
Once lit up head back to the center of the room and take the doorway to the North. Once through the doorway locate the hole in the floor and drop down into it:
Follow the pipes on the floor until you come to where one is separated:
Approach the separation and press and connect the conduit. Continue following the pipe until it heads up a flight of stairs and goes straight up. Follow that set of stairs all the way up to the upper clearing. Once back outside locate the floating platform:
Do 3 jumping Force Palms in a row ( press 
/ Mouse Wheel midair) to propel yourself high enough to glide to the platform. On the diamond’s bottom half you will see a blue block:
Jump and Force Palm to propel yourself up and glide over to the block. Once you get close use Axiom Force to grab the block and bring it back to the platform at the top of the stairs.
Locate the space in the spotlight at the top of the stairs and align the piece with the hole until leaves start surrounding it indicating it is in the correct position then use Force Current skill (green skill tree) with / Mouse Wheel.
Head back down to the 3 circles with pipes from earlier and you will see the middle circle is lit up. Grapple it to turn it on:
Once on head to the southern door and in the doorway you will see another wire on the ground disconnected:
Approach it and interact to put it back together. Once together look at the back wall through the southern opening and look at the glowing piece specifically:
Grab it and pull ( 
/ 
) to dislodge it and place it up in the air between the ledges above:
Head up the stairs and locate the gap in the ledges and on the Western side of the ledge you will see a broken wire:
Approach it and reconnect the wire. Once connected head back to the gap and look down and pick up the piece:
Bring it over to the Southern side and find the hole where the other spotlight is. Align the piece in the side so that leaves surround it signifying it is in the correct position:
Once in the correct position use to push it in.
Once in place head back down to the floor below and head over to the lit up circles with the pipes and you will see the last one is lit up. Grapple it to turn it on:
The giant circular device will light up and pop out above the lights:
Climb up to it and once in the center use Force Palm to activate it:
Now that the Abyss is complete head to the very top and collect your reward while the outer shell retracts.
