Renegades is a Side Mission (Side Quest) in Dying Light 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Renegades side mission.

Requirement: Automatically started after completing Main Quest “Orders”, and becomes unavailable after completing Main Quest “Observatory”
Reward: 3500 Combat XP, 3500 Agility XP, 2X Boomstick
Mission Info: For some reason, Renegades began appearing in areas that they normally didn’t operate in. I had to rescue those taken prisoner.
Objectives:
- Help the Survivors
- Kill the Renegades on the Island
- Talk to the survivors
- Find the survivors taken prisoner
- Search the Renegade camp for information
- Find the survivors taken prisoner
- Search the Renegade camp for information
- Find the survivors taken prisoner
- Kill the Renegades
- Free the imprisoned survivors
- Clear the camp area to make escape safe
- Kill Elias and his goons
Starting Location: Renegades
Renegades is a side quest in Garrison that is started automatically after completing Main Quest “Orders”. This quest is missable as it will become unavailable after completing the next Main Quest “Observatory”.
Help the Survivors
Head to the marked location at Culvert Island.
Kill the Renegades on the Island
Once you arrive at Culvert Island, kill all the Renegades.
Talk to the survivors
Interact with the door to talk to the survivors.
Find the survivors taken prisoner
Head to the marked location to the west of Culvert Island and picklock the door.
Search the Renegade camp for information
Once inside, investigate the corpse on the table.
Find the survivors taken prisoner
Head to the marked location to the south and picklock the door.
Search the Renegade camp for information
Head inside the empty room to continue.
Find the survivors taken prisoner
Head to the marked location to the south and kill the three Renegades.
Free the imprisoned survivors
Head to the marked location to the south and kill all the Renegades.
While at this location, you will be able to find The Elias Inquiry (Memento) inside a chest on the rooftop.
Once the Renegades are dead, interact with the door to once again be attacked by Renegades, this time lead by Elias. Kill them all and lockpick the door to free the survivors.
This finishes Renegades Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.

I think i missed this sidequest because i advanced the story. Do you know if the collectible will still be laying around even though the sidequest is gone?
It is available even if you miss the sidequest, yes.
Okay thank you so much. Another question that i hope you can answer. I know the guide has a roadmap for what semi-missables collectibles to look out for during your playthrough and if you miss any of those you can get them via co-op.
Other than those main quests and side quests mentioned in the missable roadmap, can every side quest with collectibles in them be done post game solo?
