The Knick is a Side Mission (Side Quest) in Dying Light 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the The Knick side mission.

Requirement: Complete Main Quest “A Place To Call Home”
Reward: 3500 Combat XP, 3500 Agility XP, Regeneration Booster, 3x Medicine
Mission Info: An ex-GRE surgeon has asked me to obtain a pacemaker for his wife.
Objectives:
- Find the pacemaker in the GRE quarantine zone
- Bring the pacemaker back to the surgeon
Starting Location: The Knick
The Knick is a side quest in Lower Dam Ayre that can be started by talking to the Ferenc west of South Loop Radio Tower after completing Main Quest “A Place To Call Home”. This is a night quest, so after starting it hold 
to fast-forward to night.
Find the pacemaker in the GRE quarantine zone
Head to the GRE quarantine zone at the marked location to the east. It is advised that you go here at night as there will be far fewer infected inside the quarantine zone at night compared to day.
Head inside and go down to the first area. You’ll find the pacemaker inside an open cabinet.
Bring the pacemaker back to the surgeon
With the pacemaker in hand, return to the surgeon at the ‘Hickory’ Windmill to give it to him.
