Ghost of Tsushima All Hot Springs Locations

Ghost of Tsushima has 18 Hot Springs (+2 in Iki Island). Finding all Hot Spring Locations is needed for the trophy Body, Mind, and Spirit. This guide shows all their locations.

None of the Hot Spring Collectibles are missable! It doesn’t matter what dialogue choices or what ending you pick during the story. You can still get all Hot Springs after the story in free-roam. You can reveal them on the map as question marks by liberating all of the Occupied Mongol Territories.

However, Hot Spring #7 at Hiyoshi Springs does not get marked on the map with a question mark. If you’re missing a Hot Spring it’s likely the hidden one at Hiyoshi Springs. You must talk to an old woman there, then follow her to a Hot Spring that is otherwise inaccessible.

All you have to do is enter the Hot Spring, it will let you pick a monologue choice (doesn’t matter what you pick). Each Hot Spring will increase your health a little bit. They are well worth getting for the increase to your total health bar.

To get this you must talk to the old woman NPC at Hiyoshi Springs (the village with lots of hot springs). Then she will walk down to the village and you can talk to her again to use the Hot Spring there. It’s not marked with a question-mark on the map. If you’re missing a Hot Spring it’s likely this one.
