The Blessing of Death is a main tale in Ghost of Tsushima – Iki Island DLC Expansion. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of The Blessing of Death Main Quest.
The Blessing of Death is unlocked after completing Massacre at Kidafure Village

Mission Info: The realisation that Tenzo killed my father enraged me… and gave me an idea. The raiders and I can lure the Eagle into an ambush in Senjo Gorge – just like the one that took my father’s life. Fune and Tenzo will meet me to discuss the details… and together we will finally end the Eagles’s reign of terror on Iki.

Starting Location: The Blessing of Death
Meet Tenzo and Fune
Ride with Tenzo to meet his Scouts
When Tenzo comes back after the cutscene, mount your horse and follow him.
Speak with Tenzo’s Scouts
Once you’ve arrived, check in with his Scouts to see what they’ve learned.
Look for the Eagle
Just around the corner, Jin spots the Eagle and a fight emerges.
Defeat the Mongols
When fighting, we realize that the Eagle was just another illusion of Jin and we are just dealing with some of her regular soldiers.
Speak with Tenzo
After the fight, speak to Tenzo to iterate the next steps of the hunt on the Eagle.
Ride with Tenzo to Senjo Gorge
Mount your horse and make your way towards the Canyons.
Defeat the Mongols at Senjo Gorge
When arriving at the scene, the final series of fights in Iki’s storyline breaks loose. Get rid of Shamans whenever you spot them in the masses and use your allies to your advantage by letting them fight and giving you chances to hit some enemies from behind.
Enter the Canyons
After this first wave, it is time to head into the Gorge to track down the Eagle.
Defeat the Mongols (2)
On the way through the Gorge, we will be greeted by a total of three waves of Mongols. The same tactics as mentioned above apply.
Keep hunting the Eagle in the Canyons
Continue through Senjo Gorge in search of the Eagle.
Defeat the Mongols (3)
The next set of Mongols is not too far.
Hunt the Eagle through the Canyons
We’re almost there – just a few more enemies between us and her.
Defeat the Mongols (4)
The final group of Mongols doesn’t pose much of a threat – like the previous ones.
Confront the Eagle
Now, it is finally time. Walk through the final part of the Canyon.
The Eagle uses two different sorts of attacks in this final boss-fight. She switches between a short one-handed weapon and a longer two-handed one.
Dodge her attacks and use some of the resolve you’ve likely gathered throughout the previous fights to deal some quick and hard hits on her.
This finishes The Blessing of Death quest in Ghost of Tsushima Iki Island.
