The Walls of Yarikawa is unlocked when you’ve completed A New Horizon.

Mission Info: Yuna insists she can help recruit the people of Yarikawa to my uncle’s cause, even though they’ve hated Lord Shimura ever since he put down the Yarikawa Rebellion years ago. I may not share Yuna’s confidence – but she’s resourceful and rarely wrong. I hope this works.
Objectives:
- Meet Yuna near Yarikawa Stronghold
- Follow Yuna and Taka to Yarikawa
- Figure out how to reach the stronghold
- Don’t alert the Mongols to your presence
- Lead Yuna and Taka to the river
- Lead Yuna and Taka to the hidden entrance
- Enter Yarikawa
- Follow the guard to the steward
- Reach Yarikawa Stronghold’s main gate
- Follow the guard to the steward
- Find Taka at the swordsmith’s shop
Starting Location: The Walls of Yarikawa
Meet Yuna near Yarikawa Stronghold
Speak to Yuna standing next to Taka and a cart.
Follow Yuna and Taka to Yarikawa
Ride with the siblings down the linear road. At one point, you’ll stop so a Mongol patrol can pass by. You’ll head over grass and stop on a hill top overlooking the city.
Figure out how to reach the stronghold
Another survey scene, use the 
and the 
button to plan your attack.
Don’t alert the Mongols to your presence
This will be an ongoing objective in this mission. Stealth is mandatory; being spotted will fail the mission.
Lead Yuna and Taka to the river
From where you start, look down to the rocks to your left. Go down there, then kill the Mongol in the tent. Go back out and go forwards to the wooden wall of the fort, where you can squeeze in through a gap. Straight ahead, take out the guard at the looking post and then run forwards and down into the river area to hit a checkpoint.
Lead Yuna and Taka to the hidden entrance
Walk forwards and creep through the tall grass on the riverbank. The Mongols on horseback on the opposite bank won’t see you. Creep around and go under the waterfall.
Enter Yarikawa
Go through the cave and up the ladder.
Follow the guard to the steward
Walk a short distance with the guard.
Reach Yarikawa Stronghold’s main gate
Head around the left and walk up to the gate to see a cutscene.
Follow the guard to the steward
Resume following the guard, across a bridge and up some steps to see another cutscene.
Find Taka at the swordsmith’s shop
Forward and to the left, you’ll see Taka outside the swordsmith and get a cutscene, upon which the mission will end.
This finishes The Walls of Yarikawa quest in Ghost of Tsushima.
