Ghost of Tsushima lets you equip Body Armor, Helmets, and Masks. This guide shows all Armor Set locations (how to get every armor) and a showcase what the armor looks like.
Armor is unlocked in 4 ways: From Main Tales, from Side Tales, from Haiku Collectibles, found in the open world. None of the armor is missable, you can still find all of it after the story in free-roam. It doesn’t matter what dialogue choices and ending you pick during the story.
Each armor has different effects. You can upgrade most body armor at the armorer in exchange for materials (such as Supplies, Linen and Silk). Some armor is more combat oriented, while other armor is better for stealth or exploration. The helmets and masks don’t have any effect and are for customization only. You can also add Dye to your armor after buying it from a merchant.
