Legal Trouble is the 62nd main story mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in Legal Trouble for 100% completion.
Gold Medal Requirements:
- Mission Time: Complete within 05:30
- Floor It: Reach top speed in any vehicle
- Clean Escape: Lose the wanted level within 02:00
- News Hound: View the Weazel news camera for 00:15

Go to the Airport and Find Molly
You’re working against the clock, so skip the cutscenes!
- Mission Time: Complete within 05:30
Molly’s got the only copy of your film. Go after her! Hop into any of the expensive supercars in the lot and head for the objective marker. Time is short though, so go out the west gate at Richard’s Majestic, then southeast on North Rockford. Follow the path to the objective marker from there.
Once you get close to the airport, you’ll see Molly’s car and she’ll lead you and her police escort on a merry chase all over the tarmac.
In areas when you have a long stretch of straightaway, you can press 
/ 
to view the camera feed from the news helicopter for the Gold Medal requirement:
- News Hound: View the Weazel news camera for 00:15
That time is cumulative over all views, so you can check for a couple of seconds at a time while it’s safe. Also on those straightaways you can ensure you reach top speed for:
- Floor It: Reach top speed in any vehicle
Keep following Molly until she drives behind Devin Weston’s hangar and pulls up to the side door.
Molly will run inside, and you’ll pursue her on foot. She’s so panicked that she runs in front of a running engine and gets sucked in!
Pick Up the Film Reel
Wow. Now that the engine’s shut down, run over and pick up the film can then head for the waiting plane.
Lose the Cops
Run over the waiting Shamal and taxi out onto the runway. Take off and accelerate away and you’ll quickly lose your wanted level for the remaining Gold Medal requirement:
- Clean Escape: Lose the wanted level within 02:00
As soon as your wanted level is clear, the mission will end.
