The Smoke-In is a Strangers & Freaks mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). The Smoke-In does not have a Gold Medal, but is one of the 20 Strangers & Freaks missions needed for 100% completion.
Starting Location: Grass Roots – The Smoke-In
- Location: Alta / City Hall
- Quest Giver: Barry
- Requirement: Complete “Grass Roots – The Pickup” and “Grass Roots – The Drag“
- Can Be Started By: Franklin.
Go to the Smoke-In at City Hall
Pull up at the steps of City Hall and you’ll notice a distinct lack of burnouts raging against the machine. More importantly, a severe Barry deficiency.
Franklin calls Barry to find out what’s what, and it turns out that he’s so high that he completely forgot to show up. Drive away, because you’re done. Much like Barry’s product, this “mission” is weak and ends in disappointment.
