Bearing the Truth is a Strangers & Freaks mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). Bearing the Truth does not have a Gold Medal, and is not needed for 100% completion.
Starting Location: Bearing the Truth
- Location: Downtown Vinewood
- Quest Giver: The Epsilon Program
- Requirement: Complete “Chasing the Truth” and donate $10,000 to the Epsilon Program through their website
- Can Be Started By: Michael
NOTE: Since there is no “DONATE $10,000” button on their website, know that you have to hit the “DONATE $5000” button twice.
Find Marnie
Head to the Epsilon icon on your map to find Marnie at the graffiti wall, chanting and acting weird. She tells Michael that to progress, he must prove himself to their leader Cris by buying Epsilon Program robes and wearing them for 10 in-game days.
Buy the Epsilon Robes
Once again Marnie will mail you a link to the website. Click on the “Houses of Worship” page, and at the bottom of the page will be a link to buy the Official Epsilon Robes Set for only $25,000.
Buy the robes, and they will be delivered to your house the next day. Put them on and let 10 in-game days pass. Luckily you can just sleep multiple times to advance the clock if you want to avoid going out in them in public. Once 10 days have passed, you’ll get an email from Cris to praise you for your devotion, and tells you that you will be summoned.
