Red Dead Redemption 2 All Outfits & Clothing Showcase

October 25, 2018 by PowerPyx 20 Comments

This page contains all the Outfits Sets, Costumes & Clothing in Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2), complete with a showcase and image gallery.

Red Dead Redemption 2 contains 62 Outfits and 127 individual pieces of clothing (Hats, Coats, Shirts, Vests, Pants, Boots, Gloves, Neckwear, Suspenders, Half Chaps, Spurs). You can buy these at outfitters and General Stores.

Every town’s general store (or outfitter) has different outfits for sale! So visit each of them to buy them all. For some of the outfits you need a high honor level, which can be farmed after beating the story via optional honor missions. The ones from Blackwater are unavailable until the end of the game.

From the individual clothing pieces you can put together your own outfits. To customize your outfit, interact with the wardrobe in your camp or rent a hotel room in Valentine or Strawberry and interact with the wardrobe there. The trapper outfits are special because they require animal skins from hunting to be purchased from one of the 3 trappers in the game (e.g. in Saint Denis).

The Winter Cowboy outfit is a reference to the Main characters outfit from the film “The Great Silence”

I mean there is a panther poncho you can get at the trapper that is the only one there is to get it you have to finish all master hunter challenges and when you get to the 10 master challenge you hunt the legendary panther and make a poncho at the trapper

Anyone know where to get the Ascot Tie from? It’s not available on the RS social club page so I assume we can’t just buy it in some store.

Why the f**k you made photos with John as a character?! I can figure out why it is a thing so thank you very much for ruining rest of my gameplay ;)

Because you can’t unlock all clothes as Arthur. There’s literally absolutely no way to show all outfits without also showing John. It’s the same thing with the collectibles.

I honestly thought there was more than this during my first play through when the game release. Not that I’m going backs for thirds lol I’m reminded how really let down I am/ was that there wasn’t more clothing than this. The game was obviously absolutely enormous in scale but I would sacrifice a good portion of the map to have had some things to buy with our money. I bought everything( except whatever wasn’t unlocked yet which isn’t much) by like chapter 3 or 4 then money was pointless and it honestly kinda ruined everything after that but the beginning couple of chapters are why I keep playing. Just wish they could’ve kept that same pace thoughout. You can tell there was a certain point where they must’ve got the word of a deadline and realized that had rush the rest of the game which is really unfortunate bcuz I can’t imagine what the game would’ve been like if the writers and artists were able to put everything in they had wanted. The whole epilogue for me also left a bad taste in my mouth bcuz that whole side of the map that’s unlocked just constantly reminds you of how unfinished the game was.
