No Good Deed is a Stranger Mission (Side Quest) in Red Dead Redemption 2. This Walkthrough shows how to complete this Stranger Mission in RDR2.

Requirements: having finished The Course of True Love (Chapter 3)

No Good Deed Starting Location
Mid-Chapter 3, Arthur can a man sitting in front of the Churchyard in Rhodes. He is quite frightened because his wagon with his medical supplies was stolen.
Arthur agrees to bring it back to him. The location is a bit to the North-East, close to the river.
You can either sneak up on it from behind or going onto the compound guns-blazing. There is a total of six enemies in the area.
Once on the wagon, there will be two more enemies on horses along the way. Deal with them and continue the short journey to Rhodes.
The doctor is quite happy to see his belongings again and rewards you with a pamphlet about Health Cure.

Is there any other pre-requisite needed to get this to spawn? I have long-since finished the Course of True Love, and nothing has shown up.
I am also well past the mid-point of Chapter 3, too.
And I just saw that the reward for this mission showed up in the fence’s list of pamphlets… what would have caused this mission to fail/become unavailable?
I didn’t spawn for me either after that mission, but I’m still in chapter 3.
A mistake. The Course of True Love actually isn’t required what is required is Bank Robbing Mission with Bill, Lenny & Karen. It unlocked right after i did that.
