Red Dead Redemption 2 has 11 Post Office Locations of which 7 contain Train Stations. At Post Offices you can pay off your bounties, send and receive mail, or buy train tickets as a form of fast travel. 7 of 11 Post Offices are coupled with Train Stations and allow you to fast travel between certain stations. Unlike Stagecoaches, you can use trains even when you have a bounty on your head. You can also rob trains for some quick money.
The downside is that there are fewer train stations than there are stagecoaches so some towns can’t be reached with trains, but can be reached with stagecoaches. Trains become briefly unavailable later in the story and unlock again at the end of the game.
Overview:
- Green = Train Station (fast travel available)
