This unnamed Woman is sitting on a corner in north-western Saint Denis and wants to collect donations for an expansion of the Quincy Harris Memorial Hall and will talk to you for a few seconds about it.
The donation costs only $ 20 and will give you a small positive Honor boost.
You can, however, also loot her donation box, gaining a bit of money, but at the cost of negative Honor and the Law on your back. You should avoid that.

It wont let me donate the 20 dollars i can only loot her box or point my weapon at her is this a glitch?

Same here. When I arrived in the city, I saw the “?” on the map but couldn’t stop then. I went back later, the question mark wasn’t there anymore but the woman still was. I could only loot or point her with a weapon, but not donate. And now every time I look on the map if the “?” is back, it’s not, no matter the time of the day.

You must have good honor. I did the donation in chapter 2. I was leaving town after I rushed the man to the Dr that had to have his arm amputated. I was able to donate the $20, she asked his name and said his name would be put on the plaque as a thank you after every thing was finished. Hope this helps others just starting the game.

First time I saw the “?” I couldn’t stop and when I went back to the city neither the woman or the “?” is there, could it be a glitch ?

Also remember to go back to the building in the epilogue, the building is finished and if you inspect the plaque by the door you’ll see Arthur’s name mentioned as a contributor.

If you go back in the epilogue, provided you donate the orphanage is finished and you can inspect a sign on the front door that thanks it benefactors, Arthur’s name is included.

Im playing now for the second time and im in chapter 6 and with max honor but don’t see her :”c sad thing i wanted Arthur to be remembered

I had her spawn in chapter 2, but i had a bounty on my hourse, wich scared her away. I have tried many times, to get the mision to spawn again. But i just won’t work no matter what i do.
